This is a very comfortable city hotel in Palermo, situated in the aristocratic area of Viale della Libertà, only 950 m from Piazza Politeama, 1.5 km from Teatro Massimo, and 2.5 km from the cathedral of Palermo. There is a sports centre just a few paces from the hotel and Palermo Airport is about 35 km away.

Facility

2 suites and 23 double rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 6-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of our tour in Sicily and again 2 nights at the end of our tour.Great hotel, super clean, friendly staff allover, rooms (2) were large and well equipped, minibar, TV, safe, great bathroom with the best shower, (water-pressure), I have ever experienced, free bathroom amenities but no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Location is good, no disturban of the road in front of the hotel. Good breakfast in the morning. Some minor remarks, in both rooms there were lights that didn't work.Still...many thanks for your great service !

    My three generational family of 8 stayed here for 4 nights. Eugenio was the perfect host. He took great care of us from my booking in May throughout our stay in October. All the staff were excellent and accommodating. Our rooms with balconies were comfortable. The breakfasts on the lovely terrace overlooking the park were very tasty. And the setting adjacent to the park was beautiful. It’s calming to be in a quiet , green space when you’re touring a large city like Palermo. And they accommodated us with an early checkin which we appreciated after our trip from the US.Perfecto!

    In Palermo, I have also stayed at Ibis Styles Palermo Cristal, Hotel Plaza Opéra and Hotel Ucciardhome. My reviews, to compare, can be found on TripAdvisor.Pros:- Location: (Walking) Ignazio Mormino Art and Archaeology Museum (4mins), Parco Piersanti Mattarella - Giardino Inglese (4mins), Villa Deliella (4mins), Port of Palermo (20mins).- Bathroom amenities: Soap bar, combined shampoo/shower gel, shower cap, hairdryer (800w) [i.e. bring your own!]- Free in-room WiFi (good speeds, approx. 48Mbps).- Lots of in-room storage.Cons:- Compared to other hotels, the check-out time of 10:00am is very early and should be noted.- Breakfast is more at a 3-star hotel level, rather than 4-star. As others have mentioned, this is an area that should be improved.

    Stayed here in Fall 2019 for one night. The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. Surrounded by a lush green park, but the bus stop was across the road. The local bus was free for us to use. However, things that cost us extra were the bike rentals and valet. On our check-out day, we were able to rent the bikes to go all over Palermo, which was nice and the front desk held our luggage and car for us. Would definitely recommend as a solid middle-range hotel.
