Location

This club resort is located close to the centre of the town and the tourist area and right by the beach. The hotel is 8 km from a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Public transport departs from stops in the immediate vicinity (1 km).

Facility

The complex welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 275 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Daily newspapers are available for purchase. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities such as tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, basketball, crazy golf, archery, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, are offered at the hotel. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as canoeing, snorkelling, water aerobics and aquafit or, for a fee, jet skiing. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Definitely not a 5-star experience. The buildings and facilities were fine, and the grounds, pools, and spa were decent, but the way the place is run really lets it down. Supposedly all-inclusive, but felt more like a 3-star, somewhat-inclusive deal. Reception staff and cleanliness were fine, and the bars were good, but the restaurant staff didn’t act like real waiters. Buffet food was poor, “all-inclusive” offerings limited, wine options scarce, and staff kept pushing pricier bottles. Training seemed lacking—how hard is it to understand a “do not disturb” sign? On the flip side, bar staff were excellent, with no drink rationing. Evening piano music was nice, but the automatic door let in freezing air, making it hard to enjoy. Smoking was allowed right outside the bar, where food and coffee were served, and by the pool. Noise was constant—kids and cleaners shouting early in the halls, poolside classes blaring music, and guests playing loud tunes with no enforcement. Not ideal for a peaceful couples’ getaway, with kids in the bar all hours and no adults-only areas. Staff often ignored debris on restaurant floors, even butter pats left until service ended—a safety hazard. Plus, there’s nothing within walking distance and little within a short drive, so you’re stuck with hotel dining in the evenings.     Beautiful resort with excellent staff

    We loved our eight odd days at the resort. The staff in particular were super nice. To name a few, Daniela in the front desk was super patient with us during our switching of rooms and even otherwise throughout the check-in. She was very understanding. Giuseppe who helped with the luggage was absolutely fabulous. Then there was this guy with curly hairs whose name I forgot (sorry about this) was excellent in welcoming us. The guest services were very patient and nice during the fine dining bookings. Overall its a lovely resort with a private beach and a lovely xtratime snack bar place.Few areas of improvement:- Food at Scania was bland and lacked flavors, grilled chicken wasnt cooked well. It was quite monotonous both taste and variety wise.- outdoor pools weren't heated and they indoor pool was charged which is quite a shame.- entertainment place indoor lacked character, it was like a theatre but very bland. There wasnt much communication on the events either.
