    Nicola Maitre is a wonderful guy! Anto is super nice and warm❤️ Vincenzo of reception is good. Room is clean , location is great!

    3rd floor suite upgrade worth it.

    My comments are for the 3rd floor suite. Other guests told us other rooms were small. 3rd floor suite was large with large and very usable bathroom. Also includes private outside dining area on the roof. If you are trying to decide whether to splurge for the suite, I would say it is worth it. Breakfast is mostly typical Italian but they do include eggs. Drinking water is not included. Hotel sells drinking water but you can get it at a supermarket down the street for half of hotel’s price. Town does not have a lot of attractions but it is easy to do day trips by train.

    This hotel is welcoming and easy to access. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has lots of attraction nearby, restaurants , bars and beautiful square. You won’t got wrong with a visit. A good place to stay if you want to get the Mount Etna

    We were. On vacation visiting family The amenities were excellent and the staff could not have more than accommodating. The hotel was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend it!! Mario the bartender/waiter was very friendly and pleasant and accommodating. We throughly enjoyed or stay. We ended our stay with a conversation with Antonella who could not more pleasant and engaging!

    The staff are pleasant and the room clean. We booked a superior room described as truly romantic! It was very disappointing. The city view was in fact a view of the narrow street and flats opposite. The mini bar was an empty fridge with not even a welcoming bottle of water. The Opera Prima Restaurant was closed as was the bar. There is a small unmanned bar near the huge and soulless function room used as a dining room for bus tour passengers who appeared to be the only other residents.The sun terrace with outdoor furniture described on the website is a building site totally devoid of furniture in any usable form.All in all a hugely disappointing and expensive stay.
