  Worst experience ever! Most horrible hotel we've ever been to and most unpleasant staff ever!No wifi in roomsAlso a complete rip-off! They charged us 50 euros extra per room because 2 of us arrived at 10pm, even if the keys were already released to the one who arrived early.   Horrible does not describe this encounter . 1. Bait and switch even though I had booked on line in December for a May stay, 2 days before check in they sent messages about problem with card and could not hold room, but would give me a smaller room at a higher price.2. We were booked for 3 nights and only stayed one night because we had to get another place.3. Bathroom Smelled like mold, Mold all over the tiny shower door (smaller than a cruise shower) Had to put excrement wipes in a trash can. Then no other trash can in the place. 4. No airconditioning cant use until June. No airflow in the room.5. Only chair was a small wabbly chair at the desk. No place to sit but on the bed6. Bed spread was gross with pilling of the fabric. 7. Bed felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete8. The noise all night of traffic, horn honking, mortycycle reving.9. Breakfast the coffee was so cold the sugar would not disolve. The food was prepackaged lowest quality pastries you could find. Our nick name for it was horror hotel.   I want to tell you about my experience in this hotel: everything was very bad, from the room with old broken furniture, a creaky bed, a barely functioning shower, the description (room no. 9) said that it had a balcony, unfortunately it was only a shared corridor-balcony, we couldn't open the window - people passing by could see us, we were there on February 14th - cold nights, the hosts turned off the heating at night and turned it on at 6 in the morning, we were cold, what to say about breakfast: a few buns thrown around, there was still yogurt on the first day, after that it was gone - poor (DO NOT TAKE BREAKFAST), they made coffee when you really asked. As soon as we arrived, they took 21 euros in cash from us for three nights (they didn't explain what for). And when we got home, we saw that they had deducted another 8 euros from our credit card - without explanation. Well, the staff of this hotel did not explain for what and why. One plus is the good location. We stay in Italy often, this is the worst hotel, not to mention the staff. I RECOMMEND - NEVER STAY HERE.   A complete disappointment

  This place is a complete disappointment. The building is old and neglected, with no renovations for decades. There is no elevator and absolutely no staff to assist with luggage. Cleanliness is questionable at best – the pillows are ancient and lumpy. The so-called “breakfast” is a joke: two cheap packaged cakes and one supermarket sweet bread wrapped in plastic. Not even a boiled egg was available, let alone anything resembling a proper hotel breakfast. Overall, this is one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced and absolutely not worth the money. Hanno lavorato per loro colleghi guide turistiche autorizzate in piena collaborazione con il nostro ricevimento vista la confidenza professionale. Ci spiace dopo tutto, ricevere recensione negativa per un cuscino o un’uovo a colazione, non meritiamo recensioni del genere. RISPETTIAMO GLI STANDARD HACCP alcuni prodotti della nostra GENUINA colazione sono porzionati. PASSIONE E PROFESSIONALITA’CI ACCOMPAGNANO DA OLTRE 20 ANNI. Grazie ugualmente per aver speso questi 2 giorni in nostra compagnia.
