  I had no chance. The city had no other hotel with available rooms at a reasonable price. Later on, I came to the realization that it was costly. The room was not worth the price even though the receptionist was very gentle, because it only had a single bed, a small bathroom, no desk, and only one chair.

  This "hotel" is nothing more than an overpriced hostel. To begin with, there is no lift to the 1st & 2nd floor where the reception and guest rooms are located (mind you, building from beginning 20th century with high ceilings...). The guest rooms are utterly run down with AC not working, light fixtures our of order, shower fixture broken, wash basin clogged, sagging mattress. Breakfast is not before 8 am. As we left early, we requested a water kettle to make our coffee. The water kettle was promised and the mugs selected, but not provided. As Reception closed by 8 pm and did not open before 8 am, nothing could be done about it. The AC was also not repaired.

  It's not a hotel...

  Firstly, it should be said that the overall expereince was more on the positive than the negative. This is not a hotel so do not be sucked in by the name. It was very clean and tody and the room reserved for 3 people was very adequate and would be considered value for money.Location however leaves something to be desired. Althogh down town and central to most things, the residence is located close by to a strip club/lap dancing establishment. Not so good therefore with kids and music that pumps out well into the early hours of the morning.Would I go again? Certainly not with kids and not if I was looking to get a good night rest. Saturday nights I guess are the worst??

  feel like a rat in a trap

  This accommodation is a complete diasaster. I was in a room at the attic (room B). You reach this room by a small staircase (no problem so far) but once you're in, you will never get out in case of an emergency. There were bars for the window so imagine there will be a fire and you have to get another way out (not the staircase) there is absolutely no escaping the fire or whatever emergency there is. When you are very slim, maybe you can fold yourselve between the bars, to arrive in the middle of blind walls so high there's no escaping there either. Since the hotel has no fire alarm system and a crappy electric system (electricity wires in the shower cabin for example) an inferno in this accommodation is a real possibility. Furthermore the rooms were dirty. There were growing stalactites and mushrooms in the bathroom. Stay away if you want to stay healthy and safe!!!!!

  This hotel is located just above a strip club (which would make an advertisement for some people). So at 10.30 pm the very loud music (image the worst 90s eurobeat) starts and it will only stop somewhere 5 am. So pretty much the time someone who is visiting a hotel wants to sleep. It is really bad and the service at the hotel was not sufficient. While the party at the stripclub rouses no one will be available at the service desk (probably because of the music). The day after I complained an got not a helpfull response. No other rooms available and I was the first to complain about the noise. To make things worse, the coffee at this place is like sewer water. So after surviving the stripclub noise, they will try to poison you with their coffee. Go to the nearby McDonalds for breakfast if you want to have a decent breakfast. But my advise is to stay away as far as possible.
