A really high quality hotel in a fantastic location. The quality of the food in the restaurant was very high. The Start To The PERFECT Wedding Anniversary Trip In Sicily!!!

We decided to spend our special milestone wedding anniversary celebration in Sicily. Everything exceeded our expectations! We began at Villa Athena in Agrigento and spent 3 magical nights. We booked months in advance, and our room overlooked the gorgeous UNSCO Temple Concordia. The room was spotless, and beautifully appointed. We ate in the restaurant La Terraza Degli Di on 2 nights and it was equal or better to the Michelin Star restaurants that we had later in our trip. Service was outstanding everywhere in the hotel, including the breakfast. The concierge team assisted with tours to the Vally of the Temples (the best guide we have had anywhere in the world) and the Beaches (Scala Dei Turchi and Punta Bianca). This is absolutely a FIVE STAR Hotel and a 3 night stay is the absolute minimum when flying in from an international destination, as you have time to do things right. We will post all of our Sicily hotels and restaurants on separate reviews on Tripadvisor. This is truly a Small Luxury Hotel Of The World in every sense, and it has our highest recommendation! Amazing garden dinning experience

We had dinner in the most beautiful garden overlooking the Concordia Temple. It's a set menu group dining experience provided by the hotel. Was an amazing atmosphere and our host Giovanni was incredibly warm, friendly with a great sense of humor. The food was good and plentiful. Massive portions. Nice to also dine with other guests and have pleasant conversation. Enjoyed our experience immensely. Highly recommend. Amazing bbq with a touch of class

We were lucky to run into Giovanni in the bar area and asked for a look at the menu. He said don’t worry about the menu but come have a look at this secret garden. Wow! It was an intimate bbq with wines included ~ hosted by an amazing warm and interesting individual. Giovanni made us feel special and together with his chef they provided a beautiful evening full of local delicacies and interesting stories. The restaurant might be good but ask for other options and you will not be disappointed.
