    Lovely romantic tranquil place to stay

    This is a wonderful, tranquil place to stay in an outstanding area of natural beauty. Nearby Corleone is great (visit the CIDMA anti-mafia museum and the Godfather house for two very different views on the Mafia and how it is viewed in the town. Also; little tip: try to avoid driving in the town if you can as the streets are very narrow and confusing 😬🙈😂). Alfredo and the family at Il Bevaio were incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier (Google translate is great if you don’t speak any Italian!). It was a bit confusing when we arrived as no one was there but Alfredo soon came and couldn’t have been more lovely! The menu is simple: there isn’t any choice (except dietary requirements) and served on the lovely romantic terrace. The only comment we would have is it would have been nice to know what it was going to be and how much it was before dinner BUT it was delicious and they were so lovely (even giving us kisses to congratulate us on our honeymoon!!)The little cabins are gorgeous, clean, spacious and very secluded. Our only suggestion would be some deck furniture for the lovely decks out the back would be nice; we had to take the dining chairs outside!We also used the wellness centre; booking was very easy through Alfredo. It’s very simple: there is a Turkish bath/steam room, “emotional shower” and a hot tub with the best view ever!! We had the couples package with vitality massages… we had the place completely to ourselves until the point when we had massages in the main area and kids kept running in and out, phones went off and the masseuses talked to each other quite a bit! Kinda ruined the vibe I’m afraid!!     What a treat. Our tour included a lesson in Sicialian cooking and then sitting down to eat it. The staff was just a lot of fun. The food was great, and it was a truely an enjoyable time. We were all given a certificate with our names on it saying that we took part in the cooking class. What fun!     Nice location in the neighbourhood of Corleone where you can visit Bosco della Ficuzza for a hike. Dinner from Anna was very good! She had a great passion for cooking with vegatables from own land. The B&B was large with much privacy.     Visited Il Bevaio Di Corleone as part of a tour of Corleone. Chef Luna gave us a wonderful cooking class for a group of about 30 people. We thoroughly enjoyed the vista along with the food and wine. Excellent service. Highly recommend.     A beautiful location between the vineyards and olive trees. We spent a week here with our six-month-old baby. We had contact with the owner and he made sure that a baby bed was ready. The breakfast was super tasty and the evening meal consisted of traditional Italian dishes. The cottage was spacious and clean. A big terrace for sun.
