    Excellent accommodation in a great location within walking distance of Quattro Canti. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. We arrived very early at around 10am but were allowed to check in no problem. Great shower and comfy bed. Very helpful staff - responsive to all enquiries quickly via WhatsApp. Room was very spacious overlooking Piazza Marina. Breakfast at Cafe Luca over the road was lovely - ticket provide with a choice of 3 items which was more than adequate for us. Would highly recommend.

    Located in a short walking distance to the main attractions in Palermo, 15 minutes on foot to Central train station. Lot of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The room was very cozy and comfortable, cleaned every day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast in a small restaurant opposite the accommodation. Highly recommended.

    + nice location+ renovated room- broken bidet (bathroom)- blocked sink- humid room- non-caring staff- staff does not speak english- very bad communication, kidding their customersThe bidet pipe got deattached while the cleaning lady was preparing the room and the technical guy never came as planned. The manager didn't care of this and ignored the problem.The cleaning lady and manager kidded us and we had to leave as the bathroom was ot useable (see picture)I would say this place needs a plumber and a good management!Keep in mind they don't speak english, even we spoke in Italian, it didn't change anything.

    Excellent Service. Very good position of the accommodation.We enjoy our stay and we recommend the Kala rooms for visitors to Palermo. We will come back again.All the interesting places of Palermo there closed.

    Why? Best location in town: restaurants, bars, walking tours, shops, monuments, new rooms and clean, spacious, balcony on the square, great hosts. Palermo is a wonderful and magic city but bnb can be tricky or in areas that are not the best, especially in the center! Kala Rooms offer a professional service, with breakfast served at the local and very high end pastry place in the Marina square, just in front of the bnb. Top experience!
