This resort is located in a quiet spot, just a few minutes’ drive from Noto, with its sandy beaches and Baroque buildings. The Vendicari nature reserve is just 1.5 km away and guests will find links to the public transport network around 1 km from the accommodation. Fontanarossa Airport lies approximately 105 km away.

Facility

The holiday village was built in 1811. Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 4 suites, 4 apartments and 36 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The complex offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Rooms

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy cycling/mountain biking and fishing. For a fee, horse riding is also available. With snorkelling or, for a fee, windsurfing, canoeing and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Various wellness options are available at the holiday village, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, massage treatments and a solarium. An entertainment programme and live music are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with air conditioning, a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Quiet place, for relaxing

    The hotel is minimum 20mins drive from Noto town. Very quiet place, there are no events, like dance night, or bbq , not even a good atmosphere in the terrace when you have your dinner. The view is nice, it is in the mountains.The rooms are authentic, it’s alright. The swimming pool should be cleaner. However it’s a nice place to relax.

    Great staff and resort. Chef Luigi really cooked some great food and the hospitality was fabulous . I would definitely recommend people to stay at this resort and you should dine in at the restraunt for a maximum exquisite experience with a beautiful view😍

    Peaceful resort in the countryside of Noto, away from all noises. Our room was situated in the upper part of the resort, with countryside views from our window. The room was clean and spacious with TV and good bathroom. It is safe for children. Big pool and outdoor bar area. Parking available if you come with own car. Reception staff and manager were helpful. Breakfast was good, both indoor or outdoor seating available. Only one drawback is that if you are staying in the upper part (Carrubo part) request property's car to drive you up and down the hill - service is available all day.     This hotel had it all. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are lots of activities to participate in throughout the day. The food and wine selection were delicious. Be sure to ask Giuseppe for a Frappuccino - they were the best.I would recommend to hire a car so you are able to explore as the bus times are limited.
