  Definitely need a car to get about as this hotel is out on the sticks. It is set amid an olive grove with great views of country side from the al fresco dining area. It has a small pool with a half dozen sets of loungers for quiet days. We only used the restaurant once as we decided to utilise the numerous alternatives in Noto each evening. Our booking was B+B with the breakfast being mainly continental which suited perfectly. Rooms were comfortable with air conditioning and coffee/ tea making facilities. A small refrigerator contained a mini bar stocked with soft and alcoholic drinks . We arrived at Catania airport and the drive from there was approx 90 mins depending on the traffic and the suicidal Italian drivers. A pleasant stay but wouldn't choose to return as it's location seems too isolated for my liking, not the hotels fault.

  We first discovered Corte del Sole in 2018, and this September we returned for our fourth stay at this beautiful hotel - with every visit, it feels more and more like home.What makes Corte del Sole so special are the people. The staff is not only warm, attentive, and deeply committed - over the years, they have become true friends. It feels almost impossible to simply call them “staff”; they are part of our Sicilian experience, the reason we keep coming back.Each morning begins with a smile. At breakfast we are warmly welcomed by Antonella, whose kindness and radiant personality are truly inspiring. The buffet offers a wide variety of Italian delicacies, and for us especially, a wonderful selection of gluten-free treats, from Cassatina and Cannolo to gluten-free bread. José also makes sure that every guest feels completely cared for. Even during our very first visits, he impressed us with his presence, professionalism, and experience. He is the perfect host - attentive, charming, and speaking excellent, almost accent-free German. Whether at the bar or during breakfast, Antonella and José make every moment feel special and unique.Franco, who manages the night shift, also adds to this sense of comfort. If you start your day with an early workout around seven in the morning, you’ll always find him there to greet you with a friendly smile. He is approachable, helpful, and always makes you feel comfortable, even in the earliest hours.Dinner at the hotel’s own restaurant Le Muse, however, is the absolute highlight. The Sicilian creations of the two chefs Rosario and Lorenzo are absolutely outstanding. They always accommodate our gluten-free requests with ease, using many ingredients harvested directly from the hotel’s own garden. Every dish is a true feast for the senses.The evenings are made unforgettable by the statt of the restaurant Le Muse, especially Sebastiano. We have known him for many years now, and he always remembers us and our preferences. With his charming, caring personality, his attentiveness, and his instinct for offering us the very best table, he turns every dinner into something truly special. He is the perfect host – dining with him feels less like a restaurant visit and more like an evening spent with friends. Thank you, Sebastiano, for your warm hospitality and the unforgettable evenings – you are truly one of a kind!And of course, Carmelo, the sommelier, completes the experience. With passion, deep knowledge, and a fine sense for detail, he selects the perfect wine for every dish, sharing fascinating stories about its origin and character. No wish is ever left unfulfilled.Beyond its people, Corte del Sole is a stunning ancient Masseria turned hotel where peace and relaxation abound. The entire property is impeccably maintained, with great attention to detail in every corner. The rooms are beautifully equipped, always spotlessly clean, and pleasantly air-conditioned. The large pool, paired with excellent bar service, is a true delight, and the beach can easily be reached on foot. Everything here – from the location to the atmosphere – comes together perfectly.For us, Corte del Sole is far more than just a hotel – it simply is the best place to be in Sicily. We always stay for two weeks, and yet it never feels long enough. One thing is certain: we will return very soon and are already looking forward to it.   This beautiful property near Noto city offers a delightful experience with its relaxing design and delicious homemade, healthy dishes. The front office team is exceptionally helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Just a 5-minute drive from Lido and the beach, it's perfectly situated for enjoying the local scenery. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic-homemade bread, cheese, cakes.Because of the breakfast and positive energy we extended our stay one more night.The service during breakfast can improve and the restaurant team should engage more with the guests.Christina from the bar was very welcoming and interacted with us, presenting the menu in a very professional way.
