    We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming country-style hotel, just 25 minutes from Taormina. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that make you feel like you’re right at the foot of Mount Etna. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and surrounded by peaceful nature.What really made our experience exceptional was the staff. From reception to the breakfast team, the housekeeping team, and everyone we met, they were consistently warm, friendly, and professional. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay.It was the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and genuine Sicilian hospitality. We’re already looking forward to coming back on our next trip to Sicily!

    The staff were all so welcoming and helpful The bed was super comfy The restaurant food and service was excellent - the prices were very reasonable for food and drinks a very special thanks to Walter the restaurant manager The swimming pool was lovely and never very crowded My husband uses a travel mobility scooter and it was all accessible The helicopter trip over Etna was amazing Close to Taormina well worth a visit We would definitely return

    Would have loved to write a better review, the rooms were spotlessly clean, the location was good… but sadly there were problems which spoiled the stay entirely.Firstly, beware what you are booking! We booked a family room at the hotel to travel with 3 children. We saw the photos of the hotel and were satisfied with it. Sadly, on arrival, we were told we were staying “on a different site”… this was nearly 1km down the entrance gate, through another gate on the opposite side of the road. There was no lovely pool as seen in the photos on here. There was no restaurant or breakfast on this site. Indeed it appeared we were the only guests there. We were told by the concierge that “this is where the family rooms are located” that “there are no rooms for 5” on the main site. After a lot of arguing suddenly a room with a double, a single and a bunk bed appeared on the main site. In fairness, this soured our relationship with place as it was a terrible start.Breakfast was mediocre. Lots of cake if you like that kind of thing, a fair bit of choice but everything looked and tasted like it had been out for days. Again, not a dealbreaker but not the best. The pool had algae in it, so again, wasn’t something we used. There were a couple of torn sofas in the outside area giving the place a bit of chav chic. The main problem though was the lack of hot water. We showered cold the first night, reported it cold in the morning and was promised a fix. It didn’t happen the 2nd night and by the 3rd I took a bottle of water to the reception so they could see how ridiculously cold it was. The manager came up and showed us how to turn on the sink, bidet and shower at once for some lukewarm water. It just wasn’t good enough. It’s not the worst place in the world. It’s really clean. The staff were mainly ok. But I would certainly not recommend it. Other places will give you warm water, a cleaner pool and site you in the place you booked for. I wish I could have written something better.

    This is really an Amazing place to rest,Our apartment was big and very nice and clean.Staf were very nice, helpful and kind.breakfast was good,as they served us for gluten free, lactose free egg free.food was delicious.And the view was really Amazing,we could see Etna on the move too.

    This beautiful location has a staff that goes out of its way to provide a good service. The receptionist (didn't catch her name) made some excellent recommendations and helped us with reservations. It is a relaxing place, and if you want to tour the East coast of Sicily, it is a great place to base yourself. The breakfast is great, and the rooms are comfortable. The only fly in the ointment is intermittent Wi-Fi, and there was a power cut, but these things happen.
