  Beautiful and worth the visit for the hotel beaches and incredible Sicilian food

  As someone who always had a dream to go to Sicily I was more than excited to have booked this holiday, a great private transfer to the town with a short two min hist of cases to the hotel doors, to the glorious air con, The Luxmari hotel staff were always more then helpful, a shout out to Kristina, the cleanliness was amazing the daily cleaning and bed making was a real pleasure, a great choice of breakfast with a wonderful cappuccino too. The pool is not a pool it is a small plunge pool and is not for swimming but for cooling off, at five euros each per hour though the first hour was free well worth it at the end of the beach day. with a spectacular view of the coast. The best beach was easily accessible by the shuttle bus ran by Antonio, though don't be late he will come to find you !! we only found this out though after a long hot and very frustrating walk on our first day, clearer messaging of the service in the hotel would really help. The area and restaurants were gorgeous and I would definitely re vist the hotel and its amazing town again

  Such a beautiful clean hotel and the staff are so kind and welcoming. Upon arrival we were able to check into our room early, welcomed with a spotless modern room with balcony and sea view. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice with pastries, yoghurts, fruit, eggs, bacon fresh tea and coffee etc. We were able to book the rooftop spa area, free for our first hour followed by €5pp per hour. Reception is open 24hours, the lady working the night shift was welcoming, kind and so chatty. Overall our stay was amazing 10/10 made excellent by all of the hard working ladies. Thank you!   Lovely Hotel with Wonderful Staff, But Misleading Info on Love Holidays Website

  We stayed at Luxmari Hotel & Spa in Castellammare Del Golfo. The hotel itself was lovely — very clean, with attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, and it was a treat to enjoy a proper English breakfast tea each morning. Our room was slightly small, and getting onto the balcony required shifting a bed, but it was comfortable overall.One of the highlights was Antonio, who drove the shuttle in conjunction with the beach club — he was always singing and made the transfers fun. The shuttle included 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for €15/day, but we weren’t aware of this service until we had already walked to the beach on the first day, making it another unexpected cost.The Love Holidays website was misleading. The outdoor pool costs €5 per person per hour, Cala Petrolo Beach requires descending 100 steep steps and climbing back up, and Lido Sunrise/Zanzibar Beaches are a 25–30 minute walk, not 12 minutes.We spent €153 extra on pool, beach, shuttle, and taxes. Lovely hotel, but future guests should be aware of these hidden costs and accessibility issues.

  Pretty unfriendly and irritable staff, besides two very nice women. Very small rooms that were kept very clean besides the strong smell of mold/ mildew and many good restaurants nearby. The key policy is stupid and is very unsafe if you are a solo traveler. Very little amenities provided and we even got charged for using their towels…?Also, a guest we were staying with was told her room was located at the end of the road, and was told to walk and go find it without any help from the workers or front desk!!!!!Not a great hotel, not very hospitable. Would not stay again.

  The location is quiet despite being well located to the beach and restaurants. The centre of town and the marina is an easy five minute walk. The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated tastefully. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Staff are very pleasant and speak English. Breakfast is excellent. The price is very reasonable .
