  Nothing but good things to say about this place if you are staying in Palermo! It's very clean, nice furniture, quiet, has parking, grocery stores and cafe's nearby and helpful staff (some italian helpful here). They have many size options and the pictures on their website are fair and accurate. We got the larger suite and it was quite spacious. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Piazza Rugero Settimo where basically all the tourist activity fans out from. Would absolutely stay here again!

  Clean, spacious and comfortable

  We stayed for 4 nights earlier this month, using the apartment as a base to explore Palermo. Our one bedroom apartment on the second floor was very spacious with lots of living space, a handy kitchen/dining room and separate bedroom with a balcony. It was light and airy. The bathroom was functional although the shower was on the small side. It contained a washing machine which came in handy as the weather was very warm! The staff at this place were friendly and helpful. Even though the apartments are not in the centre of the action there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores etc. Shout out to the Orient Express cafe. The only negative thing I have to say is that when we first arrived the apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes, which as non-smokers was a bit off putting. Luckily it dissipated quickly.

  Great service and modern room

  Deluxe apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. It rained the morning we were supposed to check out so the staff allowed us to stay a little longer so we could wait for the weather to improve. Special thank you to Mathio at reception for his excellent service. Highly recommend this place!

  Love this place, not near city center but right next to train station

  It may not be in the main city center but this place was awesome. We had an apartment with a kitchen. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and totally filled with locals and not tourists. Everyone at the Marbela was very friendly. Our favorite thing was hitting the local shops in the evening and cooking awesome meals for our 2 little kids. The train station is literally right by and was an easy way to get to town, about 20 to 30 mins by train, don't forget to validate your ticket!. If you want to live like a local this is the place to be.
