Location

The hotel is situated in Palermo, facing the seaside promenade and lies close to the station and port.     The only hotel with a swimming pool

    We stayed bed and breakfast for 4 nights. It's essentially a conference venue with lots of delegates about. This was in no way a problem and meant that the swimming pool was virtually empty most of the time. Plenty of sunbeds and very few children. As far as I know it's the only hotel in Palermo with a proper pool.The hotel is modern, clean and efficiently run. Good breakfast. A couple of minor issues were sorted promptly. Situated right on the coastal road which means slight traffic noise. In the evening when all the delegates go home it's very very quiet. 20 minutes walk to the start of the old town and 35 minutes to the cathedral.
