Location

    Good room, in the annex building with a beautiful view of the sea, quiet, clean. The food was a little diverse, especially at breakfast, and weak at dinner, contrary to the written menu, it was pretentious. The coffee tastes bad. Long distance to the city, and long distance to the common transport stations for Taormina-Castelmola (exceptional cities!!!) The terminal station in the bus station is horrible, no toilets, no displays, no waiting place protected from the sun or rain, with scowling even impertinent driversNear the hotel, good restaurants, with civilized service, with varied and good food (Mister Fantasy)

    Front service SUCKS when you need it

    July 23rd 2024: Terrible, terrible service. My son got sick, we could not make it, and we had paid for 3 nights (for an extreme small room) for 2 persons, 4000 nkr. I asked front desk/reveption several times, she said she had sent me a confirmation on email for the cancellation. Never happened. She lied multiple times on the phone. Sje got extremely angry on the phone. I said I needed if for the travel insurance, since it was not possible to cancel the stay on booking.com. Then she hang up on me from 16.39 until 2 hours on July 23rd. Whos your boss? Where os the Adm? What a rude cuatomer service! I thought you had pricely appointment with TUI and other companies. Service SUCKS here.

    A delightful place for a holiday - in every way!

    A lovely hotel, right on the water's edge on the tip of the Schiso peninsula just outside the bustle of the town but an easy walk to the port and to the shops and town beaches. The staff are delightful - friendly, accommodating and efficient. The hotel and the bedrooms are kept spotlessly clean. What's not to like? - breakfast overlooking the rocks and the sea, sunbeds, parasols and a pool, with the bar and excellent food right on hand. You can swim from the jetties which take you across the rocks, and there are no boats or other activities to get in the way. Excellent hotel food at very inexpensive prices. Absolutely first class.

    Dreadful hotel - dirty & needs refurbished

    Awful place - very tired & everything is in great need of refurbishing. Staff very unfriendly & breakfast was awful. Sorry I can’t say anything positive about this hotel. The room was passable until you opened up to the balcony to a rusty table @ AC unit!!

    Really nice hotel in a good location for a walk into town. The staff were really friendly and joke around when serving dinner. Having the breakfast outside looking at the water was a bit plus for us.
