    Excellent accommodation facility of new construction, well organized with qualified staff.. The view is spectacular right at its exposure in front of the pond overlooking the Aegadian islands.     Cheap Hotel with unfriendly owners

    We came to the hotel via a KiteSurf camp. The owner of the hotel is rude and unfriendly! He shouts at you for a yes or a no. As a guest, you really feel unwelcome. At the swimming pool, you are not allowed to even move the parasol (umbrella sun). I've never experienced that anywhere else! Horrible! The rooms are ok but really really basic. Large cupboard but no hangers.Came here once and that's the last! I'm sure you can find much better! Oasi Guzzetta, Proprietario at Oasi Guzzetta, responded to this review Carissimo Jean Dilley Ray,rispondiamo al suo commento così come a quello scritto dalla sua fidanzata e da altri membri dello stesso vostro gruppo di kite, chiedendoci come mai persone come voi, non rispettose delle regole, non trovino il coraggio di chiedere di parlare con la Direzione per spiegare i motivi dell'eventuale "disagio" commentatoci. Quello che ci fa rimanere più allibiti è la facilità con cui avete scritto questi commenti, ammettendo appunto la vostra mancanza di rispetto per le cose altrui. Spostare oggetti posizionati in una certa maniera, senza chiedere il permesso, vi sembra una cosa corretta?Vogliamo puntualizzare che noiteniamo al rispetto delle regole, voi invece probabilmente siete abituati diversamente ( scegliere strutture "private" dove non vi sono regolamenti da rispettare).Comunque sia, con questo vostro atteggiamento avete mancato di rispetto anche a tante altre persone che lavorano all'interno di questa struttura e pertanto ci sentiamo di scrivervi che non importa se non sceglierete la nostra struttura per i prossimi viaggi perchè di sicuro non accoglieremo richieste di prenotazioni a vostro nome.

    I was looking for a nice accommodation close to Stagnone to go kitesurfing and I could not be more lucky to find Oasi Guzzetta.Perfect location, beautiful and clean apartment with balcony and a stunning view on the lagoon and the famous saline.Nello and his staff are welcoming, helpful with information and really fun to talk to. They'll tell you plenty of curiosities and interesting stories about Marsala, Trapani and Sicily. They really are championa of the typical sicilian hospitality.Plenty of things to do close enough, watersports, beaches, plenty of delicious restaurants, wine tasting, eay access to daily trips to Egadi islands and more.I will definitely come back!
