    This is one of the Best hotel I ever stayed during my business travel, near in everything restaurant, tourist spot, store and everything you need. The owner and the staff us really great, accommodating, hospitable plus very kind. The room and bathroom is clean plus the breakfast is specially cooked by the owner that why it’s good.. The room value is very affordable. The environment is good because it is in the city center. Overall experience there is excellent. Thank you to the owner Madam Ribella definitely I will recommend your hotel to my Colleague.

    The front desk staff are excellent and very helpful. Room was small but quiet and well maintained. We left our luggage in a locked lounge and could use the facilities until we caught the nearby Alibus at Viale stop. The advantage of being on the edge of the tourist area is access to regular shops and restaurants.

    A nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and a decent size and the breakfast had a good range of options. It is centrally located at the northern side of the central old area of the city, so you can easily walk to most places. It is pretty much next Via Etnea, which seems to be the main thoroughfare.The reception in not manned all day, so make sure you confirm your arrival time and get your entry codes if necessary.

    We enjoyed our stay at the Ottomood hotel. The check-in was very easy. We were greeted by the hostess.The hostess (Revella?) is very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it very much. There is a large variety of choices. The room was nice a little small but we had a comfortable bed and slept well. It wasn’t noisy at all. The hotel is at a very good location very central and walking distance to all the main central area for shopping and the historic buildings, etc. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and that is why we chose it as we enjoyed it the first time a few years ago.
