Location

The hotel has 104 rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     Great hotel in a really good central location. Room was spacious and we had a great view of Etna and the Duomo from our balcony. Staff were very helpful and breakfast had lots of selection and was good quality.     Excellent hotel in a perfect location! Great vibe, full comfort, valet parking. Great help from the front desk while driving to the hotel. Super breakfast, Ornella welcomes you with greatest positive energy! Etna Roof top restaurant also very excellent, Salvo greeted us the first day: roof top with incredible view of Catania, we had lunch a dinner, treat yourself, great/ refined and authentic cooking. Also thanks to Francesco who waited on us the last night, and to the staff in general.Thank you!     This is a GREAT hotel. It is perfectly centrally located, gorgeous, comfortable, luxurious, and has an amazing staff. We took two tours and both started at the main square a 2 minute walk away. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. the rooms were extremely comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.     using tourists’ money to cover working capital needs

    Our trip ended on a very negative note due to an unacceptable deposit practice. A €150 deposit was taken only upon arrival at the hotel, with no clear explanation of what it was for. At checkout, the deposit was not returned. Even after a full week, the money is still missing.After researching public sources, it is clear that this is not an isolated case. Many tourists in Sicily report waiting a month or even longer to get their deposits back, and in some cases the money is never returned at all.Given the volume of tourists, this strongly suggests that hotels in Sicily are systematically using tourists’ deposits as free working capital. This practice is unethical, unacceptable, and seriously damages trust. I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before staying under such conditions.
