    Excellent hotel in perfect location in the old town

    Attractive and modern hotel in a perfect location for exploring the old town. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and nicely decorated and the shower was excellent.

    Palazzo Gatto Art hotel is in a central location in Trapani, very close to the town, walking areas, restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, and fit 3 of us very comfortably. The breakfast area was small but plentiful options, wonderful coffee, and the staff at breakfast were helpful and very nice. A few drawbacks that may make me not stay here again - no air conditioning in mid-April, and it was a warm week. We had to keep a window or door open, and the lights outside of the hotel on a patio did not turn off, also allowing bugs/flies into the room. Our room was not ready until after 4:00. The rooftop was not open, or had ongoing maintenance, while we were there. Also, the bathroom has glass frosted walls, so there was absolutely no privacy assuming your family is in the room at the same time.

    The hotel is very well located. The room was pleasant and very stylish. The breakfasts were excellent. However, the reception was rather average, which is a shame.

    The spa has a calm atmosphere and the staff was polite, but the overall experience did not meet expectations. The service felt rushed, and hygiene standards could be improved. Some areas were not as clean as they should be, and the treatment did not feel very professional. It might be acceptable for a basic visit, but there is a lot of scope for improvement in quality and service.     Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. Parking was easier than we expected so trust the instructions they give you and get the parking app. Breakfast was really good with local specialties and good coffee. The location is really good and everything is walkable with lots of good restaurants nearby.
