  A Casa Di Amici ☺️Reception staff: Emmanuela, Lucrecia and Roberta are super sociable, communicative, helpful and just ❤️❤️❤️They advise you some nice spots for eating/apperitivo where locals go.Cordial welcome with litarally open arms of Lucrecia at a staircase... it was a good sign of spending there a very special one week in Palermo and having a pleasent time at evenings at the reception in company of Emmanuela chatting, laughing, having apperitivo 🥲. Hostel has very well equipped kitchen if you want to cook and has also washing machine and laundry drier. If you are keen on music its a place for you. At the reception and in common space you will find a lot of instruments and even a piano. In bar at the reception you will buy a cheap spritz, Sicilin beer and a little bit more ☺️. Vibes, truly Sicilian vibes, in hostel are amazing because some guests changed thier plans and chose extension of stay for a few days more.In the neighbourhood A Casa Di Amici you will find many cafe bars, pasticcerias, pizza spots and places with excellent pasta for locals what means very good taste for reasonable price. Delicious pasta for 6 - 7,50€ 🤤? Si, certo☺️.Location is excellent. Close to the city centre and also close to Pallermo Lolli train station to Airport (about 5 minutes on foot) so you dont have to get up in the middle of the night 😂to catch morning flight.If you love Italy and Sicily and if you feel Italian vibes A casa Di Amici is an excellent choice. 100% recommend ❤️.   I booked for 3 nights at the beginning for the hostel, and was thinking about visiting Sicily afterAnd then I added 3 more nights because I loved it so much! The ambiance, the 3 receptionists are soooo nice ! They communicate with you a lot on WhatsApp They make social dinner every Monday They have soooo many music instruments They answer to any question They have fun with youFor me, staying In the hostel was better than visiting the city ! Best hostel ever !I recommend 100%!!   Completely unsatisfied with the hotel..I booked a room and later I came to know there is no cupboard to hang my clothes..Even for single room the toilet was outside.And now after one week I got message from UAE number, which have my stay details and my number.. Our pictures are accurate, so what you see online is exactly what you find in reality. If you preferred different features, you could have selected another room type.Concerning your mention of a scam message: we sincerely apologize.   A very good choice

  Perfect location. 10minute walk to Massimo Théâtre and a few minute walk to Piazza Castalnuevo. I have never rode a bus in Palermo during this trip. Walking alone at night and area is safe.Clean facilities including our room. Ladies toilets and kitchen are well kept. I left some cannolino in the fridge overnight and found it there the morning after :). It is an arsty laidback hôstel too. Loved how they did the instructions in the kitchen. Cool and bright idea! Normally i dont take notice of these stuff. The bunker beds are not squeaky although since the hôstel is in front of the main road, expect for some honks. Lockers are clean, not smelly. Key will be provided by the hôstel. The receptionist named Emmanuelle was soft spoken, very nice and helpful. 🍊🍊 The other staff and even the cleaner were polite.The hôstel gives a key which can open the main, second door and your room. In the latter part of my stay, i noticed that i dont need the key anymore to open my room (number 5) ?? I just have to push it.A tiny tiny detail though is when you go to the ladies shower/toilet, since the lights are motion sensored, i was doing my business on the toilet and the lights went off. I had to "move" just to have some lights, which turns itself off like every 30 seconds. Nonetheless, i am very satisfied and will surely rebook when i revisit Palermo.   Charming Hostel with Exceptional Staff and Atmosphere

  I had an amazing stay at A Casa di Amici in Palermo. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any questions or needs. The hostel’s central location is perfect for exploring the city, and the interior is beautifully designed, featuring a lovely terrace and a collection of musical instruments that add a special touch. The atmosphere throughout the hostel is relaxed and inviting, making it easy to feel at ease and connect with others. The cleanliness was also outstanding.
