    The hotel are really unhelpful. I had a death in my family and they were not willing to cancel the booking. I ask them for advice on how to get the hotel (cheapest) and they give me one option and the most expensive.

    tutto benegood price for a nice room, cleanvery good breakfastgood service in the restaurant nice viewnice poolvery quieta car is helpfull to get there and do some tours around: Erice Trapani Mozia or just relax for 3 days from all the sightseeing around

    Staff are friendly, knowledgable and go above and beyond for you. loved the location, a little problematic for those with mobility issues but there are ramps to use. We had a couples massage for 64 euro which was decent. The view from anywhere in this place was to die for! Well placed for day trips to Trapani, Erice and San Vito lo Capo. Great taxi service links, reliable. You must see Erice historic town up the mountain. Rooms a good size and plenty of surfaces for items. Lighting could have been better in the room. I could not put make up on in the room, had to use bathroom. Loved the breakfast with good choice and plenty of it- would have liked the eggs, bacon and sausages kept a little warm though. I would really recommend a fruit salad added to have with the yoghurt. There is a good mix of savoury and sweet choices. Pool area was immaculate and plenty of beds and shade options. I did place towels down at breakfast at the beginning of our stay, but mainly out of (frowned upon habit, I know!) rather than necessity. Bar food quickly arrived and decent price. They could offer food a little later as some days was not hungry till after 3 and then the kitchen was closed. Lots of steps to get from room to pool, reception and restaurant. Bathroom a little cramped and lacks surface area around the sink. Shower enclosures need some attention where scuffed and look dirty (they weren't but looked scruffy)

    +) The mattress and pillows were great, the room was clean, the pool and pool area were clean and organised. Food was great. ...and so was the staff! Fantastic view at all times, great location- ) spa offers were expensive and unrealistic. Some pool deckchairs need replacement

    Horrifying experience with bed bugs, stains on sheets,vey poor cleaning with dead bugs. Left with no reimbursment at night to not stay in this hotel. You can dream to have a refund or even a « sorry ». You must avoid this place at all costs this hotel is a scam
