The hotel is conveniently situated just 1 km from Palermo’s centre and port Santa Lucia. The hotel is surrounded by numerous attractions, such as Palazzo dei Normanni at Piazza Indipendenza and Palermo Cathedral. Palermo International Airport is just 35 km or a 40-minute drive away.

Guests have a choice of 3 suites and 30 double rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu.     We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very convenient to all the sights. The room was large and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Very friendly staff also. Recommended.     Had a lot of fun, it’s a nice hotel. Get the garden side above the 3rd floor if you can. Spa is ok. Jacuzzi is not hot

    No AC in this place at any room that I know of. Do not get the street side. Get garden side above 3rd floor. Showers are small, very clean space.     Beautiful rooms and delicious cocktails and food at the hotel restaurant! The bartender, Garten, made delicious cocktails and was friendly and helpful about Sicilian wines for dinner! The menu was perfect and the food was excellent! I will return!     Lovely hotel and location. The wellbeing centre not friendly, sadly.

    Great location and family room is excellent. I marked it down because I wanted to book the well being centre and I wasn’t made to feel welcome. To the point that we will not be booking it. I planned to use the spa and several treatments but it was difficult to get the information I required and I wasn’t shown the door and told to visit reception! Being a spa hotel my daughter and I are very disappointed. You need to trust people when have a treatment unfortunately.
