    Smart hotel, ideal location.

    Smart, modern hotel with fridge, safe , plenty of towels and toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Rooms are spacious and reasonably priced for a city hotel. Close to historic centre and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Some nightime noise, inevitably in city centre. Receptionists are friendly and helpful, in particular Valentina. Good breakfast but if you want just an expresso and croissant, there's a nice litle cafe opposite.

    Great hotel in the old part of Palermo

    We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony on the top floor. It was a great stay, thanks to the wonderful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Location was fantastic, there are many restaurants within an easy walk. Room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were unsure of all the hotels we looked at in Palermo but we were glad we settled on this one.

    Hotel itself was great clean centrally located BUT there was market outside with drinks and music Which went on until 2-3 am on 4 out of 7 nights so didn't get much sleep They should have told us about the market and loud music before we booked

    This was a great location and an ideal hotel to rescue my trip to Palermo. I had booked at another hotel that was rundown and isolated. This hotel lifted my mood and allowed me to enjoy my short stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommend it!

    Lovely small hotel in the center of town. Our group of 17 completely filled it. Very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast with great cappuccinos. Pleasant staff. Easy to walk around; close to restaurants and shops yet quiet for sleeping. Now a Best Western facility.
