I have been a guest of the wellness spa for some relaxing treatments like massage and I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the sauna and the warm water of the cosy swimming pool. Peace and soft music surround the guests. I have been welcomed by very kind professional personnel especially Mrs Liliana who has made a superb massage. PARADISE!!

We had a fantastic stay!! The staff was so helpful after a few little hiccups we encounter after arrival...they made everything right. Either Francesca or Lucia were at the front desk night and day to help with any questions, recommendations or concerns. We booked an hour in the INCREDIBLE SPA and had 2 of the most relaxing massages on this earth! Thank you Tonia and Liliana! WOW! That was the highlight for sure! Each day/night we would walk 15 minutes or so into Ortigia to explore, shop and dine. We didn't mind the walk at all. The last day we had a cab take us all the way to the castle at the bottom of ortigia (that was fun to explore) and made our way back up stopping for wine and pastries along the way. The jacuzzi on our patio was relaxing to watch the sunset each evening. Pure heaven. Thank you to all of you mentioned above who made our vacation so special !!!!! Has potential but disappointed.

We stayed in one of the suites for 3 nts. I loved the view and it was spacious. The outdoor area had 3 chairs and a table and also a small hot tub. Upon checking in, the AC didn’t work. I went down to the desk and she reset something and got it working. 1:30am, woke up boiling. It went out again. Went down to the desk and dealt with that again and they got it working. 5am same thing. Terrible night sleep. They did fix it that day, so AC problem solved. Problem1: Third night we were there, we had a big thunderstorm and lots of wind. The one window in the bedroom opens inward and is hinged at the bottom. At 5am the wind was blowing so bad and the window was banging. We got up to look and saw the window had no lock or anyway to keep it shut from the wind and it kept blowing open. We pushed a chair in front and that helped somewhat, but it still rattled because the chair wasn’t that heavy. Problem2: There used to be a window above the bed. They put Sheetrock over it and left the window. With the storm there was tons of banging from the old window. Needless to say, another night’s sleep ruined.

Spectacular Views from room

Very smart, well run place.Breakfast is slightly limited but all delicious.15 min walk to Ortigia and the main tourist area, restaurants, etc.The balcony at the rear of the room overlooking the bay is a very nice addition.It's worth a stay! Great stay in Siracusa!

This luxury suites live up to their name, we got a room for 4 adults and 2 small dogs. The room was spacious (loft type), my husband and I got the queen bed on the second floor and the grownup kids got individual beds in the living room, we never felt overcrowded when we were all in the room. The view from our balcony was wonderful, right on the ocean! But the best of our stay was the staff at the hotel, they were really nice and accommodating. Always helped us with last minute requests with a smile. Although the location is not too bad, is not close to restaurants or cafes; but that was not an issue for us. We were able to get around in our car or by taxi. Overall this was a great place to stay in Siracusa, highly recommend!
