    Residence Hotel Gloria is a long term residence not a hotel. The room they rent as a hotel room smells bad.

    The management rented their only empty room # 101 and when I went into the room there was a strong industrial cleaner or detergent smell. I left my baggage and when going out told the management about the smell. It was difficult to be in the room and when I showered it smelled like sewage or feces. I told the manager again and they put some air deodorant in the bathroom and I left the day after.

    Not a hotel, a series of bedsits with a communal kitchen

    Despite the name, this in not a hotel. There is no breakfast as advertised (a room adjacent to a communal kitchen contains a couple of cakes that remain left in the sun for days, and a kettle). There is no reception. If you have a problem and call the number of the hotel they will answer from an address across the city. They do not speak English as advertised. A couple drop by the hotel to give you the keys to check in, and to clean the rooms everyday, but if you are in your room during the hour or two they are there, your room will remain uncleaned.We had booked to stay at this place for 3 weeks and chose a “hotel” over a self catered apartment for the security of having a hotel reception and someone to ask re. getting around the city/recommendations/if we needed to arrange a taxi etc. But this is not a hotel despite the name. It is a series of bedsits with a communal kitchen.I would avoid this place at all costs.

    The hotel is near the central station, the rooms are cleaned every day and the breakfast is also good. There is a bus that leaves near the hotel to get to the center, if you walk you get to the center in around 20 min.

    Near the university and the hospital. Only 20 minutes by foot to the central station. Clean and tidy hotel. Good room and nice breakfast. Good kitchen for common use if you want to cook something.I recommend this hotel for small stays in Sicily.

    it is very good hotel and near to train station, you can go to airport very easy 40 min by train. I spent at the hotel about 11 days . The place is very quiet . And suitable for the study. Service and cleanliness of the rooms is very good.
