  Perfect beach stay

  Only a few corners from the sandy beach (free of charge,with crystal clear water), with restaurants,shops nearby,but still in a quiet area. 2-level building. A perfect choice for a beach getaway.Apartments overlook the inner garden where parking is available (check if it's included in your booking). Our apartment was on the ground floor,it had 2 terraces. One from the bedroom,overlooking other apartments,other at the entrance of the apartment,where there's a tap to wash the sand off your legs - very practical.Positive: great location,huge and clean apartment, nice kitchen (with huge fridge and freezer), comfy bed, onsite parking,good value for moneyNegative: no basic things at kitchen (like salt), very small tv (if you are interested), noisy neighbours, mosquitos, check in at other locationIt can be tricky to find it (the name is not even written anywhere on the building/fence),and check in is at a hotel located in a pedestrian area with no parking available nearby. So the best is to leave the car at the apartment and walk for the check in.I do recommend, would definately return!

  Relaxing Holiday

  We stayed there recently for our 1st family holiday, when we arrived the apartment was very nice and comfortable, they even gave us a baby high chair that we didn't even request for one! They have a full kitchen but not the kettle, was disappointed at first but they had a moka coffee maker, so I tried using it for the 1st time brewing espresso coffee the traditional Italian way, one of the best coffee I've had! So it saved me from buying crappy instant coffee! (quite glad they didn't have a kettle!)The only downside is that the apartment was quite humid, and the air con was quite dusty when it was turned on, but we didn't really need air con when we were there so we didn't use it.Otherwise it's a very good location right next to the mountain view and very close to the beach! Our favourite was the terrace! we were at the terrace most of the time having coffee and most of our meals or to just sit and relax to cool down from the sun to use Internet, and yes there is wifi! Overall I would love to return, it's like a proper holiday home!

  Good solution for a large family

  Nice solution for a big family, we booked a nice two bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and a small patio outside. Perfectly located 5-7 min walking from the main shopping area. Parking in the little town is the most complicated things of all stay. Bear in in mind you are renting a flat, linen and towels must be booked and paid separately. Nice people at the reception, extremely flexible with the check out time. I recommended this place for families or young couples.

  OK place to stay, if you get a good price

  Musty smelling although looks clean enough. Appears well kept on the surface but pretty rough around the edges on closer inspection (eg shower doesn't drain well, some power points cannot be used, loose cupboard doors etc). Location is about 5 mins walk from a nice beach, but at least 15 mins walk from centre of town where most of the restaurants and shops are. Personally I think towels and sheets ought to be factored into cost of apartment rather than charged separate (€10 pp for duration of stay). FYI these apartments are not serviced daily so you will not see any staff for the duration of your stay unless you seek them out. Checkin and staff are at the Hotel Miraspaggia, approx 10 mins walk away.There is a small bakery and small supermarket very nearby.

  Residence Smeraldo is located near the center of the province of San Vito. Apartments oversees Mirra Spiaggia hotel located five minutes away from the ap. The hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful, especially the lady working the front desk. Rooms are clean, neat and air-conditioned. The kitchen has a TV and all the equipment needed for cooking. At the entrance is located patio.Super place that can be back here sometime. Recommend !
