The resort has 3 junior suites, 2 suites, 6 single rooms and 39 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Comfortable, Modern Stay with One Minor Issue

    I recently stayed at this hotel during winter season and overall had a positive experience.The Positives:· Room & Comfort: The room felt modern, was a good size, and, importantly, was very warm and cozy—a big plus during the colder weather.· Staff: The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.· Breakfast: The breakfast was adequate and good. If it’s not included in your booking rate, it’s reasonably priced at around €10, which is fair for what’s offered.The One Drawback:The only notable issue was that the shower drain in our room was clogged. If you take a shower for more than a couple of minutes, the water begins to pool and drain very slowly. It’s manageable if you’re quick, but it’s something the maintenance team should address.Aside from the shower drainage problem, this was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would recommend it, especially for the warmth and modern feel of the rooms. Just be prepared for a potential slow-draining shower.

    Antonio provides excellent service

    Antonio in the bar provides excellent service, and offered us a lot of complementary well tasting snacks when we ordered a drink and a cup of hot chocolate. During the breakfast we had an interesting and nice conversation, and upon request he gave us good tips about where to enjoy good sicilian cuicine in the local area. He is very good to see the guests, and to make them feel appreciated.

    We stayed here on our last night in Sicily and stoped for drinks in the hotel bar. We were greeted by Antonio, the bar manager. Antonio was kind, informative, and inviting. Would definitely recommend stopping in/staying!

    The hotel is sleek and modern with a wonderful breakfast with excellent food and service. The bar opens early and Antonio prepares excellent cocktails. Antonio is very friendly and helpful. This hotel provides a welcome home away from home with attentive and friendly staff.
