Location

The hotel is located in the east of the city, just 2 km from the city centre, 200 m the sea and only 500 m from the beautiful botanical gardens. The location is ideal for easy access to the Old Town and motorways, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Palermo. Guests will find the cathedral and Massimo Theatre 3 km away in the city centre, while the train station is around 1 km away. Palermo Airport is approximately 30 km from the hotel.

Facility

10 suites, 10 single rooms and 260 double rooms are located on 15 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Rooms

    Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very good, the breakfast was very good and provided such a wonderful view of the city. The dinner was excellent and fairly priced.

    Weird place. Sparce minimalist reception seems cool but with clueless receptionists. Room was stale and stunk of stale nicotine. Breakfasts were below average quality although a variety of food. Staff just didn’t have their heart in it.

    Worst Hotel Ever

    I stayed in San Paolo Palace in June with my cousin and it’s the worst place I have EVER stayed. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, you aren’t allowed to go into the pool without wearing a swim cap? And worst of all they had building work going on around the pool throughout our whole stay so all you could hear was loud drilling all day. The hotel was seriously dated and dirty, and I made the mistake of leaving my childhood blanket there which I haven’t stopped crying about as I KNEW the staff would be absolutely useless in helping me retrieve it and as I predicted two months on they have been. I could not recommend this place less. Shame on any staff member who I called and didn’t help me. Karma will come for this place.

    A quiet area of Palermo. Short walk to the beach and seafront. Rooftop pool and area are immaculate, with a bar. Rooms cleaned every day, which, with the heat outside and constantly showering, is good. Breakfast is very good with a good variety of choices. Only complaint would be, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Safe in the room and fridge. WiFi is free, but not the greatest.
