    Excellent hosts with homemade breakfast - location is great but the place is dated and a little run down from the pictures

    It was hard to find since there are alot of B&B that have similar names but it's the white building with the white metal gate. We had to call the host in order to get in. We were on the first floor and a family of 5 (including a baby). Cot was available. The facilities are clean but smaller than expected. There was one bathroom in between the two "rooms" with a door that is so noisy and a toliet that is very loud. It's hard to not wake people up if you need to go in the middle of the night. The hosts were so kind however they didn't speak English. If you stayed more than one night they would change your garbage and make your bed which was a nice touch. For breakfast they had your typical cakes and fruit. They had homemade crossiants filled with ricotta, pistachio nutella or jam which was the highlight of the meal! Location is great it's just a 7 minute walk to the beach and 12 minute walk to Scala dei Turchi. I would recommend you walk the beach line to get there instead of the street which you'll need to walk uphill and then down alot of stairs. It may take longer but you get a great view and easier to manage - especially if you are carrying things or have kids. I would also recommend going to Maragia for dinner for a nice dinner. It's on the beach but in the evening it turns into a beautiful resturaunt. 2.50€ for upper seating but worth it! If you are going to stay in this area you do not need more than 2 days. 1 day for beach and to see the stairs and then another day to go into Argigento for the Valley of the Temple. I will say overall for the price you get what you pay for so, it was perfect for the price range. There was also no shortage of people staying there so truly such great hosts!

    The room was good and everything clean. We had a hard time meeting the host, but once she came, she was really nice. There is a gated parking lot and entrance, so it helps to have a phone number, (our phone wasn't working). The breakfast is good, coffee ok. It is especially nice to be so close to the beach. and it's quiet.

    Easy access to two beaches at an inexpensive price and with a superb host.

    Nothing fancy, but a clean comfortable room with a great shower and very good breakfast. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Fifty metres down a little side street gets you too a nice quiet beach and another easy ten/fifteen minutes walk along the beach gets you to Scalla dei Turchi to watch the sunset in a marvelous setting.

    This Band B is close to the beach, walking (up hill ) to a wonderful restaurant, has basic clean comfortable rooms, a generous continental breakfast and safe off street parking. The host is extremely friendly, welcoming and hospitable.

    We stayed there for one night only, but we've seldom had such a friendly and welcoming host! We almost felt like friends or family rather than hotel guests. The room was big and clean, everything looked newly renovated, the breakfast offered more than you'd expect by Italian standards, everything was of high quality. I want to emphasize that Girolamo is an incredibly friendly host who took the time to sit and chat with us as long as we wanted to. The beach is just a few minutes away and the Scala dei Turchi, which you can reach on foot in about 15-20 minutes, has clearly been one of the highlights of our 3 weeks long stay. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are available, there's not a single thing to criticize. We wish we could have stayed longer! Alla prossima e cari saluti da Vienna!
