    Everything than a quiet relaxing place

    Extremely loud room, as hotel is located in the middlle of two uphill streets to the City (Location is fine and very conveniente to visit Center). In the Morning around 5am Cars and motor bikes accelaing to drive uphill street. No possibility to sleep anymore. On top wie had in the upper floor activities (Kitchen? When something falls down you are standing in your bed) and the cleaning service activities and talks in front of the hotel room pretty early makes it inpossible to rest and sleep until 8am. Positive was the Service during breakfast. We had also a car where we had to use public parking next to the hotel - 25 EUR per day - but we had to wait sometimes in the car for a while (almost 40 min once) to get a spot. Overall not what you expect during holidays. :-(

    1. I booked 2 rooms with Delta Hotels which is really Expedia. I accidentally booked it for check out on 4/29 instead of 4/28. I notified Delta and the hotel immediately to request a refund for the 1 night. They refused to honor the request. I had to dispute it with Amex.2. I booked here becasue of the location and the spa. The location was decent near the city center but the spa was not what I was expecting...it was down on the ground floor with a sewage smell, and the massage I received was not firm enough. I was invited to come back and instead of 60 euro they offered it at 40euro. I was so exhausted and didn't want to chance not having a good experience and the spa was not appealing. It was scheduled for 6pm...I rushed and left my family...the massage didnt started until around 6:12pm and ended at 7:-6pm. So I didn't get a full 60 min. I booked a massage at the Four Seasons and paid 280 euro and had an amazing experience. It wasn't about the money it was about the experience and I believe in paying for quality. 3. The standard room that I have for my brother in law and sister was so small that they couldn't get dressed at the same time.4. The front desk is not 24 hours as advertised and the restaurant does not stay open past 10pm.5. There is no lobby and I needed to take a conference call and there was no facility to accomodate this.6. Our door handle looked as if it was tampered with and it eventually fell off, we didn't feel comfortable so we left and booked 2 rooms at the Four Seasons for the rest of our stay.Overall, the staff was nice but this is NOT luxury, It has a decent view of the ocean but this is more of a 3 star...not a 4 and def not a 5. Also, it was a bit noisey and the wifi wasn't stable

    This is a glorious hotel. Perfect location, parking nearby & a lovely curved shaped room with views of the sea & a decent sized bed. Black out curtains, a desk, air conditioning & a marble bathroom. What would have made it excellent are the little things….decent coffee in proper mugs, a shelf in the bathroom for your bits-just little things. But over all, it is a fabulous place to stay & most importantly, we slept well!

    It was a great stay. Very comfortalbe and clean hotel. Excellent breakfast with perfect and pleasant staff. Short walk to main attractions and ancients of Taormina, restaurants and cable car by the sea. Beautiful view from high floor terrace. Thank you!

    Basic no frills hotel

    Not sure how this hotel got a four star rating. The rooms are very basic. No amenities ie body lotion, slippers or robes. The towels were super thin. It is a walk up the hill into the main area of town. The rooms do have a partial sea view. The cook to order breakfast was good and the staff in the kitchen were very accommodating. The hotel reception closes at 10:00 PM.
