    Great place with a very friendly atmosphere!

    It is a great place, beautiful beach with amazing scenery. The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious, all the kinds of sea food you can imagine! There are lots of activities you can do (canoeing, kayaking, beach volleyball, yoga, etc). We enjoyed the truly Italian place since the majority of the guests are Italians.

    The hotel is nice located. But some rooms (we had 276) are in 300 m steeply hill. So nothing for old and ill people. Rooms are older, especially the bathroom need to be renovated. We have nice view to see but not all rooms have it. The see is really beautiful, beach is clean and enough umbrellas and layers there. Food was delicious. Personel fine but mostly for italien.     Animation programmes are way too loud! They scream till 1 am every night. Breakfasts dont contain vegetables. There is no wifi in the rooms which are further from receptionEverything else was nice, but the noice every night is terrible.

    All crew is just excellent! So kind, so happy, so helpful people everywhere. Thank you very much and many thank to everybody. Maybe focus on cleanliness of rooms - we were there with 2 small kids and i will appreciate for example clean towels and clean sheets more often.

    The stay at this resort was great. Lots of animation programs for both children and adults.The menu at the bar was sufficient.The food was really amazing. Italian specialties, fine dining, I really have never encountered such a luxurious offer in a hotel restaurant.Breakfast, on the other hand, was very modest and the same every day.The beach is totally unsuitable for people with limited mobility, it was very difficult to get into the sea and then climb back to the beach. We had big waves most of the stay which was great. The sea calmed down on the last day, but unfortunately jellyfish appeared and burned our daughter.Upon our arrival we were given a room that absolutely did not meet our requirements. It was not tidy, there was a tiny window and no terrace or balcony. Our children did not fit on the bunk bed. It took two days to get an adequate room. After that, everything was fine.It would be better to add more English language to your program? Italian is beautiful, but there are also guests in the hotel who do not speak Italian. And I believe that it would be very beneficial for all of us and we would enjoy our vacation as much as possible.
