    Fantastic hotel and service in great surroundings

    This hotel was excellent. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The large pool was clean. The setting was beautiful with the gardens lush with tropical flora and fauna. The private beach was exceptional and great for snorkelling. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Regular low-cost shuttle to nearby town of San Nicola, which had a regular train service to many coastal towns and the city of Palermo.

    Girls trip. Customer service was poor, rooms and property need repair and renovation. Front desk staff rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. Food decent but buffet never replenished. Hotel staff did not do what was promised. Luggage handling and delivery very poor. Way better options in the area. The only thing that we liked were the bartenders! Just overall disappointing and dissatisfying stay. But we love Palermo! The luggage service on arrival was correct and fast, but unfortunately there was a slight delay of about 15 minutes on departure.We assigned all modern rooms in the hotel. The buffet at the restaurant is continuously replenished by the restaurant staff, we are sorry if you did not notice this. In any case We are sorry if you did not notice this.     It was an very great room and it had great airco, the sea and pool were very great. The animation team was the best(especially andrea) the shows were very fun to watch and the ice cream and food were great! It was between palermo and cefalu so you could visit both. It was one of my best holidays ever!     Peter Pan - TOP Animation Team

    Starting with the best - Peter Pan team - they are so fresh, taking care of all guests, organising activities, talking to everyone, always ready to help with something if needed.The hotel needs some care - some of the rooms are old. Even though the staff tries to help as much as possible, not everyone speaks English and it is a bit difficult for non-Italian people to understand and deal with problems. Cleaning rooms could happen a bit later - we were woken up half our days during the vacation and we didn’t find a “Do not disturb” sign anywhere in the room.We had warm water all the time so no issues after beach, pool or night shows with the animation team.Make sure you have a way to travel around as you can’t get to the hotel in the evening - it is quite isolated.The kitchen is average - some dishes were quite good, others not so much.The views from the hotel are outstanding!Again, the best part of our stay was the BEST animation team - Peter Pan!!! Thank you Andrea, Christian, everyone else, we had a great time! 🤍 You are such a talented group of people. We will miss you!

    The hotel is very beautiful. Great view to the mountains and the sea. Big and very clean swimming pool. The animation crew is outstanding. Great performances every night. Very professional team. Very good for families. A little bit crowded in the restaurant.
