    Pros: Beautiful hotel on a quiet street. The room was very spacious. Staff was helpful. The location was amazing, close to restaurants, the port (for boat rides) and a quick drive to San Giovanni beach club. Public beaches, walking distance.Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and so were the pillows. The wifi also didn’t work in parts of the room. Tips: Bring bug stray as a couple of mosquitoes were able to slip into the room on our way back to dinner given the outside of the room is the outdoors. Also, make sure you are organized with your timing as the hotel reception (for check in) is closed between 12-4 in the afternoon. You need to also call for your car (or call that you are coming to drop off you car) 30 minutes before.

    Beautiful building in a perfect location in the heart of Trapani. Great value, great location for bars and restaurants. The little cafe just down the street made fresh food and lovely coffee. The staff were so friendly and helped with booking trips to the islands from the port which is a few minutes walk away. They also recommended restaurants to eat, how to get to the beach and the cable car to Erice all within easy reach. The staff also organised our transfer to the airport. Great service would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you! 😊

    A Sanctuary in the middle of old town!

    Loved our apartment it was quite and clean, right in the middle of Trapani old town. Well appointed with a generous comfy bed, a floor to ceiling window, billowing curtains and an outdoor veranda. A delightful respite from our daily exploration.

    I can end my review in one word - PERFECT!The location is just perfect - close to the old city, public transportation, the main attractions and the ferry boats port. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. Serena in the reception is amazing and extremely nice - from the first phone conversation and during all my stay. You can convey to her my compliments1 As being with many years of experience working in tourism, the online reservation process was also easy and perfect.My only one minor remark was the mattress in the bed. It is a bit hard, but after full and busy days, you just fall asleep...I will be back!

    We were there as part of the Rick Steves tour. It was a wonderful old building which had been used as a school and other things. It is spotlessly clean with great features. It faces the water so it is easy to find.
