    Villa Cibele’s website claims to be a "four star resort" with "tastefully and elegantly furnished rooms, all extremely comfortable, spacious, and bright." In reality, it's a worn two-star motel at best.The Good:Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Secure location as described (though isolated with few nearby services).The Reality Check: Our triple room had a non-functional kitchenette sink with broken cover, large holes in bathroom wall tiles creating unsanitary conditions, and a shower enclosure so degraded it cannot be properly cleaned. These aren't minor issues - they're health and safety concerns that make the "elegant" and "comfortable" claims insulting.Bottom Line: The disconnect between their marketing and actual conditions crosses into deceptive advertising. Book elsewhere unless you're prepared for substandard accommodations that bear no resemblance to the four-star experience they're selling. The excellent staff deserve better than this deteriorating property.

    Really far away from 4 stars hotel…

    Stayed For 1 night but could not have stayed any longer..Room was ok (big) but need some renovations, especially the bathroom. Trash was still full with pizza boxes from previous guestsThe windows are small , with direct view on the neighbours balcony. Breakfast was one of the worst I experienced: just some cakes and yoghurt and a bottle of water. No juice, no ham or cheese, no pastries. Hot beverages served from the clerk at the reception. Staff was nice, but offered a poor customer service all along. There are definitely better options in Catania . Never again for me

    Never use the services of this hotel. You will lose money !!!They steal at a hotelю. Cockroaches crawl in the room, in the dining room right on the floor.I spent time and money to nothing !!! I do not recommend it!!! NEVER BACK IN THIS HELL!!!

    ok hotel - they try, but - breakfast is just ok and as we were there for two nights and there is basically no decent restaurant in the area, we ate at the hotel. BIG mistake - very, very overpriced. I would, stay elsewhere and eat elsewhere!

    We visited with two four-years-old children. Rooms are spacious and nicely, simply equipped. We had a huge balcony, however it was connected to other rooms. The hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast is basic but very nice. It's also possible to have dinner in the hotel. Although it's not a real restaurant, the food is very fresh and tasty. Excellent parking space is also available and free of charge. The only issue is the location. All city attractions are far; the closest restaurant is about 15 minutes walking. The supermarket is nearby.
