    Value for money slightly different from expectations. Breakfast very parca but served politely even after hours.The worst aspect concerns the access to the structure: past the main gate, you access a square that represents a real war path even for an SUV, with very deep holes full of water and mud, abandoned waste around the boundary wall. The location is convenient, rest is assured, but with minimal effort you could do much more. Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it. View originals.

    Located in a private gated location . With your key is a fob for opening the gate to the hotel and parking . It is a small hotel about 12 rooms . Check in was slow because they couldn’t find our reservations , but eventually , after a phone call to the tour operator we got our Keys. The room was large with nice furniture , the bed was comfortable . The bathrooms nice size with good shower . The hotel was a former residence and built in a quad with a small plaza with a few tables and umbrellas . It was cute and had a restaurant on the property . The drive to the center of Palermo was easy and the huge parking lot reasonable . There are a few restaurants within walking distance to,the hotel and the beach boardwalk is just a few miles away . The breakfast was typical small hotel fare ,,just the average continental type with croissants and cappuccino. The staff was friendly. There was another hotel just adjacent to ours that was very private. I have no idea what it was but we wandered onto the property and took a few pictures when we were approached by security and demanded we erase our pics from our phones on the spot .

    We stayed at the Villa so we are close to the airport in Palermo.We had a very big room, actually a living room and a bedroom.Very fine sheets and a big nice bathroom with walk in shower.It is a quiet location in a park like grounds overlooking the St Pellegrino Mt.Parking is free inside the gates.Very good breakfast.Thank you Anisoara.

    Pleasant and big rooms, quite classy with nice bathrooms. Only 15 min by car from the beach area. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and friendly. All in all, an excellent value. I would definitely recommend it.

    We arrived in the evening on Palermo airport and after picking up our Rental Car we drove to Villa Lampedusa.It's being restored at the moment, but still a nice place! Big rooms, with nice bathrooms! The breakfast is fine and the staff very helpfull and friendly! The big plus for me was that you can safely park your car on the property and it is easy to reach from the airport, without driving through the chaotic Palermo roads! We took a taxi to the city center for about 12 euro's, about a 10 min drive! I would definately recommend going there!
