    What a hidden gem of a hotel. We booked online and had a pleasant experience. Rooms are nice and big, breakfast area on patio is beautiful and staff are all very friendly. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. A must try if you are in the area!

    The classical building is run down and needs an overhaul of its infrastructure without damaging its charm and character. Breakfast on the terrace is a treat to.

    I noticed for the entire three days we were there that the bathroom sink was not clean. Also there is no parking nearby and the hallway grimy looking. It is not in a great part of town.

    Quirky Hotel

    This is a quirky hotel, with very distinctive decor on the doors and hallways. Don’t be put off by the basic rooms, they are serviceable for a couple of nights. Very close to the bus and train station, 15 minutes walk to centre of Catania. Breakfast was very good, seated in a lovely courtyard. There is also a solarium sunbathing area if you finish your day trip early. Would come here again

    This is not what it seems. Photos advertised where probably taken 40 years ago. The place smelled our bathroom was not clean. I had a pillow full of lumps. The only thing was the women at breakfast was nice and attentive. My suggestion book else where
