  Camper recommendation

  We stayed about Agricamper (camping app for motorhomes) at Villa Tedi and were very satisfied. The facility is a bit old but this is irrelevant for the pitch. We were greeted very friendly and got access to a bathroom of a cottage. The place was very nice shaded and quiet. It was rounded off for us by the private access to the sea. As a pitch it is highly recommended. No statement can be made about the apartments.   It might be a gem, but...

  Great Welcoming and attention from the lady who takes care of the structure. Clean linen and premises. Nice garden. Quiet location. Great space to park your car. The good news ends here, provided that unfortunately urgent and non-delayable interventions are needed, at least concerning the renovation of the bathroom and kitchen which, although clean, are, to say the least, falling. Wi fi present, but only theoretically: very weak connection that "disconnects" continuously. In fact, we don't have to count on it. That's too bad. It could be a gem.   Very familiar property in a beachfront location, close to supermarkets and train station. The property is surrounded by a well-kept pine forest. There is a well-kept swimming pool Equipped with large and shaded parkingFree laundry service available Friendly, efficient and very very helpful staff. A special thanks to Carmen who sent me back a souvenir that I had forgotten in the structure. Thanks also to Leonardo for the valuable advice The sea at this point is not wonderful but still clean with free and equipped beaches. A few kilometers there are very beautiful beaches The accommodations are definitely in need of renovation but given the price, cleanliness and amenities I would say that my Rating is great!   An oasis of tranquility and disorganization

  Excellent and quiet location, close to the sea and surrounded by a wonderful garden, but the good news ends there. We had read that the accommodations are a bit 'vintage and I can confirm that actually bathrooms and kitchens are really outdated and the provisions very meager. I speak in the plural because thanks to the bad organization we changed three accommodations in 15 days. We arrived convinced that we had booked the duplex house (we contacted the property in March, talked only about that and proceeded immediately to Reservation) and instead we discover that the reserved one is a standard apartment, much smaller. After our complaints they promise us that the next day they will settle us in a duplex until holiday over and actually the following day they move us (and meanwhile we lose two half days with suitcases) and give us the duplex, but surprise of surprises after a week they move us again (another bang with suitcases) and back to standard. The Accommodation did not even have a wardrobe or chest of drawers or any furniture where you could put your clothes. There was a miserable shop stand with 4 hangers....for 4 people. The old and used pots. Broken bathroom accessories. For work I have to deal with a lot of people, often petulant and so usually I am very patient and accommodating and try to put myself in the shoes of those who work but here really there is no justification that keeps. Never and I say never have we had such a bad experience organizationally.   The stay began with the assignment of a smaller Accommodation, one bilo compared to the trilo booked through an agency, complete with vouchers, which was resolved after two days only thanks to the intervention of the agency; so we lost one morning waiting for the start for the change.The bilo, in the room, has no surface on which to place objects (not a table, a chair, a coat rack).The structure offers old-fashioned equipment, scruffy and sometimes very dirty; broken mosquito nets, cabinet and cupboard doors, pots, cutlery have dirt and very old scale; leaky tap and shower tray, clogged shower; crusted and oxidized taps.Ants both in the kitchen and in the bathroom.Many things do not match the site description:- of the “two bathrooms”, omits that one is external, like being camping! And it is in poor condition (see photo);- the air conditioning is only upstairs;- the pool is open to the outside, someone even showers with soap in public. On some days, especially Sundays, it is literally monopolized by outsiders, who also occupy the parking lot. No one uses a cap, long hair not soaked, despite the regulation exposed;- the pool area in the evening is sometimes used for events (birthdays, graduation parties) and guests go with shoes near the pool.- "basketball court", it is omitted that there are no baskets;- wi-fi, it omits that it works poorly and only outside the accommodation;- parking is also parking area for campers.Facilities: bocce court with dried weeds, dirty table tennis, tennis court unusable in the late afternoon because monopolized by outdoors.At night it is sometimes impossible to rest because the clubs on the seafront emit deafening music, even until 2:30.One evening a concert was held in the adjacent field, the windows shook until 4:30.Guests with dogs do not collect needs.Too bad, because the structure has great potential, but non-existent maintenance and little cleaning make it really poor.
