    Very pleasant stay in the heart of Trapani

    We only spent one night here unfortunately but I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Trapani. The location couldn’t be better, a short 5 min walk to the beautiful beach and literally in the heart of the city centre that allows you to visit everything from there without taking any sort of transport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially as we were travelling with our 8 months old baby it’s always nice to find places were they are flexible with the check-in & out. The room was big and very clean with a nice view and a small balcony, also quiet enough considering you are in the centre of the city. We will definitely be returning if we come back to Trapani.

    Perfect setting for a relaxing holiday

    The hotel is in an excellent position for the main streets with bars and restaurants plentiful. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. I found the hotel comfortable, clean and well equipped. Make use of the roof top terrace to relax, have a beer or glass of wine and watch the sunset. An added bonus is that Trapani is only 15 to 20 minutes away from the local airport. I loved the old town and found people very welcoming and made some friends amongst the local bar and restaurant owners. I'm confident you will enjoy your stay.

    Nice, but needs better service

    Nice guest house, in a convenient location, relatively new room, quiet area. We had breakfast included but the whole experience was a bit disappointing. we were given the option to have it in the room or on the terrace, but because of Covid, we had to arrange it the night before (which is fine). We set the first slot available (8:45), as the terrace is not huge and can’t welcome all guests at once. We planned to leave the guesthouse at 9:15 max, as we were continuing our trip and had a ferry to catch. We showed up at 8:45 sharp, the table wasn’t ready (there wasn’t really much), there was another table with other guests, using the only table in the shades; we waited until 9:10 to finally get our tray with cappuccino and croissant, a small bread, some jam and Nutella, 2 slices of melon and two yogurts....needless to say, we had to chug what we could and run away...I would have appreciate some extra sugar for my cappuccino, or another coffee, but the service was so slow that we just had to leave. I understand it’s a relaxed environment, but we had made very clear that we were on a schedule and expected them to be punctual (also because there was literally just one other table and we were left 25 minutes, out of the 30 ones allotted, totally abandoned!)

    The start of my stay was disappointing. Rooms booked on booking.com and expedia - paid for but nothing available.Marica did a good job given the circumstances, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.It’s a pity, as it has a great location and nice views from the rooftop. Shower and aircon work well. It feels like a backpackers, but the price is 3-4 star hotel.

    Amazing place from every aspect!!Perfect location near to the center with all the restaurants bars shops!But very quiet nevertheless!!Our room was at the top floor with a balcony with great view!The view from the terrace on the top of the hotel is also beautiful!Part of the view is the Cathedral!Parking is also very close and costs only 0.80€ per hour but there is also one 5 minutes away on foot with 0.10€ per hour.Both from 00:00 until 8:00 morning don’t charge!And last but not least the friendly and helpful staff!Rosi in reception is amazing!Always so pleasant, she helped us with her recommendations about beach, directions, restaurants everything!She even helped us with our luggage..she is strong! 😉 Well done we are coming back for sure! laura C, Direttore generale at ZIBIBBO SUITES & ROOMS - XIX Palazzo Mauro, responded to this review Thank you so much Joan Geors!!!My bestLaura
