  Beautiful room, great location in Siena

  Loved this hotel! The rooms were very modern and clean. Super high ceilings in the room, good amenities, and comfortable bedding. I loved that the hallway was painted in murals. The location was also great, walking distance to a lot of landmarks in Siena and right next to the stadium. You can see it from the restaurant attached to the hotel which is where breakfast is also served. Staff were very friendly.Only small issue was the wi-fi which barely worked in our room. But we only stayed one night so it wasn't a huge problem. There were probably other rooms where the wi-fi would've worked better.   While our room was kept clean our air conditioning was not sufficient. It was our understanding it was like that throughout the hotel.   Hotel fine, but no “free” parking

  Room was small, but fine. We were on “second” (4th) floor, and with no lift beware if that is an issue.We were extremely disappointed with the parking information. There is no free parking. We were directed to an area with confusing directions where we received a parking ticket. When I took that to the desk they showed me how to get to the “free” hotel parking, but then I ended up getting stuck in a lot where the pay meters weren’t working. The host at the counter told us, apologies for the confusion. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Just don’t rely on anything regarding parking and figure it out yourself

  This hotel was great, it was just off Post Office Square and gateway to the hustle and bustle of Siena. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were marble, all very luxurious. The reception staff were amazing they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, Although the hotel has only three stars please don’t be put off, it was much more than that. The breakfasts were continental but well laid out and the staff helpful. The evening meals in the hotel were exquisite and beautifully presented. We only had one meal over our ten day stay but wished we had more! It was easy to get around and the bus station nearby.
