  Welcoming an relaxed stay

  All staff very friendly and helpful. Staff members that made a huge positive experience was the lady that checked us in . Lots of great info and so welcoming. Elena in the restaurant,service with a smile and nothing was a bother. The maintenace guy think his name was Asra ? He went above and beyond his job. Helping out at the pool with towels. Asking at all times if I needed anything. When onside the hotel, I was looking for ice,he didnt know exactly where to get but he did it anyway with willing. The hotel was very clean everywhere. The housekeeping team do a great job. Beds very comfy.   We were upgraded to a suite, which was great! The room was great: a very large bedroom, a beautiful bathroom, and a small entryway with three chairs and a TV on the wall. We didn't need that much space. The bathroom has classic fixtures, which have a charm that new ones don't have. The only drawback in the room was a constant humming noise that could be heard even when the air conditioner in both rooms was off. Fortunately, it was so monotonous that you could still sleep. As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast is good but could be improved. It would be great to have a second coffee machine and, as other guests have mentioned, the scrambled eggs could be better. (For me, the scrambled eggs are too runny), but otherwise, there is a very large selection of breakfast options. A large part of the problems are the guests who behave like they are at a livestock market and fill their plates so much that nothing is left over. The hotel can't be blamed for that.One evening, we ordered food to our room. It was good, but by no means the best Sienna has to offer.   Great hotel on the outskirts of Siena. Very comfortable rooms and lovely bathroom. Couldn't fault it for comfort. Also loved the outdoor pool - great to abel to cool down after a days sight seeing in this fantastic city. We didn't try the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Do note that this is not in the old town but is a short taxi drive and getting taxis is extremely easy and affordable here. The reception staff are excellent and order the taxis which are then at the door within minutes. All in all a great hotel. Only slight note of criticism is the lack of bar staff late evening. It is nice to have a night cap and it was a little annoying trying to loacte a member of staff to serve us.   Great location with a pool!

  This was a great home base to visit Siena, some local vineyards, and to soak up the Tuscan sun. Surprisingly nice for a Four Points - definitely a notch above what I’ve seen in the U.S. the hotel has a lovely pool with an outdoor bar and pizzeria that lends a resort feel to it. We were pleasantly surprised!   A Good, functional hotel with excellent reception staff.

  The hotel was clean, quite well located near by to a a bus stop and the breakfast was quite nice. The room and bathroom were a bit small but quite functional. The AC was not functioning very well though. The staff in the reception were very helpful. In particular, Mr. Guilherme was outstanding and went out of his way, to assist us. So a good experience overall.
