The hotel is located in a safe area, on the main road to the centre of Siena. Within 20 min, walking through medieval streets, one arrives at the heart of Siena. Links to the public transport network can be reached in just 2 min on foot, and the Siena railway station is about 15 min away by public transport.

Guests have a choice of 3 single rooms and 62 double rooms located in a 5-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. In the air-conditioned hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

    Only stayed here for two nights and really wish it had been more. Great hotel with lovely, spotlessly clean rooms and a great location just a short walk from the station exit and the old town. Staff were really friendly and very helpful and the breakfasts were fab. Would highly recommend.     Junior Suite 358. Well located Hotel that sits away from the busier core tourist areas. At the top of the escalator series from the station and also on bus service routes. The Hotel sits in a more residential area that easily accesses the northern Porta Camolia entry to the old town (mostly flat 500m walk along wide footpaths). Some very good local eating options in the area. Room 358 (large single room open plan) was good and spacious. Breakfast was OK but a bit limited, and room gets crowded at busier times. Staff very good - particularly Agostino. Hotel organised a booked 'premiere' taxi for fixed price service to next accommodation in Poggibonsi-Chianti area (where there are very limited taxi's).     This is the third time I’ve stayed here, and as always they don’t disappoint. It’s a great location, great value for the €€, and always very hospitable.Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is quite good with one exception: The coffee served in the breakfast room is terrible! A single machine with watered down coffee.     The hotel was easily located and I was given a warm welcome on arrival. Everything about the hotel was clean, well maintained, the staff were smiley and helpful and there was a lovely warm atmosphere. Breakfast was well presented and the staff were attentive.     We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Italia, Siena. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a great location, with an easy walk into the historic centre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and One member of the reception team especially stood out - a gentleman with long hair in a ponytail who really went out of his way to help us and make our stay comfortable. He made us feel genuinely looked after. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety. It was an excellent base for exploring Siena and the surrounding area. Great value and we’d absolutely stay again.
