    Good experience but something to improve

    Hotel with renovated rooms, clean and conveniently located. However, there are some negative notes: the parking is too small compared to the number of guests (contrary to what is described online "wide parking"), in fact there is another "parking" connected by a dilapidated ladder, but it is an unlit and unsupervised field; breakfast unfortunately was not up to even a 3 star, despite the end time of breakfast was at 9.30, at 9.00 it was all already over (only 3 slices of doughnut and 5 cookies were left on a plate), latte macchiato unfortunately was undrinkable .. so we went to have breakfast at the bar in the center.     The staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel located in a quiet area and ideal for a weekend. Parking inside. Basic room, equipped with all amenities and well air-conditioned.     The staff is of an extreme kindness and courtesy, the room was clean and recently renovated, abundant breakfast, excellent value for money.The only real problem lies in the town of Chianciano terme, which turns out to be abandoned to itself, without any kind of organization on site and with hotels and activity closed and eaten by nature or otherwise being closed.It seems to be in the next Willy Smith film "I Am Legend":There are no people, bars or pubs open.I believe that the place has great potential but if the municipal authorities do not move to enhance them even excellent facilities such as the panorama hotel will be forced to close.A few kilometers from Chianciano there are smaller towns that offer 100 times more.     After the first super positive experience in this hotel a few years ago we couldn't help but return! The structure is very clean and modern, very kind staff.     We've been to Chianciano Terme in Hotel Panorama in September 2016 and had a pleasent stay. Thanks to Carmela and Michele that made me and my wife feel very well there. Very nice people! They gave us good tips about Montalcino and Montepulciano and made sure to prepare a very nice breakfast!The hotel is simple, but ok. We did not like the bathroom that had no shower, only bathtub. That was our only complain.
