  Myself and 3 girlfriends spent a night here as the final night of our walk on the via Francigena. It was perfectly comfortable, only we felt the decor was very kitsch and not to our taste (very brighly coloured rooms, bathrooms with dark green sink etc). I guess its personal, someone may love it. Deborah who welcomed us was extremely kind and even provided us with some milk for our early morning tea. There is a kitchen (for tea and coffee making only) and three bedrooms. Perfectly comfortable but there is no living room as such, it is an apartment but no living area to sit except kitchen table and chairs. Being a ground floor on an alleyway it is quite dark but all in all we were quite comfortable for the one night.

  Although the room in this B&B was fine, and Barbara our host provided secure bike storage, Barbara did not provide breakfast. Instead, we were given a voucher for a coffee and croissant at a local bakery. This was very disappointing as we were cycling, and needed more sustenance for breakfast.

  A beautiful little gem of a place to stay. Right in the heart of town, gorgeous comfortable rooms and an amazing host. Having just come off a stretch of hard walking on the Via Francigena, Manuela had coffee, biscuits, bread and more waiting for me. Super friendly with great recommendations for the area. I would stay here the whole trip if I could!

  Large, comfortable, homey, perfectly clean room on pedestrian street; wall across street is to a large public garden. Excellent breakfast including top quality pastries and bread. Manuela is a wonderful hostess, very patient as we practiced our Italian.San Quirico's center is a lovely friendly little town, 5-10 minutes easy walk from one end to the other, but take your time! Plenty of shops and good restaurants of all types, but far less overrun with them as better known destinations. (Views from town are great, but not quite as spectacular as those other places.) Perfect base for those with a car or scooter. For those without, Bagno Vignoni is a couple miles from town, bus from Siena and to Montepulciano is viable, and you would not regret a relaxing day or three here.

  A delightful B&B in Tuscany

  Locanda Del Sorriso B&BSan Quirico D`OricaA delightful B&B in Tuscany. In May 2017, we stayed one night at the Locanda Del Sorriso and it was delightful! We wish our one night stay had been longer! The accommodations have been updated and were immaculately clean. The bedroom was spacious, the bed very comfortable and there was lots of hot water for the shower in the large bathroom. Fortunately, our host spoke more English than we do Italian which made for a pleasant check-in. She was very accommodating and we had a lovely breakfast the next morning. There is free parking at the edge of town and it is very convenient to the B&B. It is the perfect location, as just around the corner you find the center of the town with nice bars and restaurants. We were fortunate to be there during the competition of the sbandieratori - the flag tossing and watched a performance in the town square…fantastic! We would definitely recommend a stay here.
