    The food at restaurant was very good - thanks for fitting us into your busy night. Great food - excellent service and the Tuscany sunset was a memory - special mention to Maria who went out of her way to make our night special. Thank you

    Very good hotel with a great location and wonderful view over the Tuscany landscape. Clean room, professional staff, lovely pool and breafast served at the terrace with a beautiful view over the landscape. Unfortunately the restaurant can't be recommended. Dinner was served indoors without any view over the landscape. The most popular wines on the wine list were not available. The cheesecake served as desert tasted only cream without cheese.

    We stayed 1 night here and it was nice.The room had a great view of the backyard, over the pool and the hils.Clean room with nice furniture; you have towels, soap/shampoo/shower gel. Good wifi. Breakfast good, a little diverse. Nice and polite personnel.

    The hotel is an easy walk from the old part of the city. The views are stunning. The room was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the restaurant was disappointing. The service was poor and one dish we ordered never came to the table. The food that did arrive was marginal. After two weeks of incredible meals in Tuscany, it was hard to settle for flavorless food. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, especially Marta. We would stay here again, but will be doing our meals in local restaurants - not the hotel.

    The ladies that work in this hotel are rude and have no idea how people should behave in the Hospitality industry.The men were better and because of them I gave the one star. There is a lady in the reception, who refused to give us a table for dinner, even though many tables were available, and we were staying in the Hotel. Later, an older man, he had no trouble reserving a Table for us. There's a chubby looking waitress, who was also extremely rude. and in all these cases the behaviour was downright racist.The rooms were small and no room service were available.A hotel, we want to forget.
