    Our favorite vineyard in Tuscany

    Our wine tasting at Querceto di Castellina was an absolute highlight of our time in Tuscany celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The incredible owners, Mary and Jac, along with their adorable dog Elliott, welcomed us so warmly and made the experience unforgettable. We visited during harvest season, which made the experience even more special. We highly recommend planning a visit at this time of year.We loved learning about their family heritage, their passion for winemaking, and exploring their stunning property. It is clear that Mary and Jac pour their heart and soul into every bottle along with their home which also serves as a bed and breakfast. They create truly exceptional wines. The villa is beautiful and peaceful, and the chef prepared an amazing meal that paired perfectly with the wines.We left feeling deeply connected to both the place and the people, and we hope to return soon to spend even more time with them. Querceto di Castellina is a must-visit for anyone who loves wine, food, and genuine Tuscan hospitality.

    Querceto di Castellina absolutely exceeded our (already high) expectations in every way! The place is spectacular, from the fragrant, lavender-lined walkways to the grapevines encircling our apartment door, every little detail is so intentional. I'm a clean freak when it comes to hotels and our apartment (Laura) was absolutely spotless. We stayed for three nights. We did a wine and cheese tasting with lunch when we got in which was phenomenal (the Sei was our favorite) and went to dinner locally in Greve. The second day we visited Siena and our final day we visited Florence. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will absolutely be back to visit. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Booked a cooking class with Laura and private wine tasting. This was the highlight of our trip to Tuscany. Laura is a gem and we enjoyed our day with her imensely. she met us in town for ingredient shopping and then back to her lovely home to cook. My husband and I left BIG FANS of this family winery! Food, wine, location, experience, all an A+

    Family-owned and operated agritourismo and Villa in Chianti. Close to several vineyards, theirs being exceptional. Our apartment on property was lovely. We took a cooking class "Cooking with Laura" - interactive and amazing. Along with a wine tasting which was fantastic. The grounds offer lovely morning walks and breakfast is offered daily with views out of a storybook. So glad we found you!

    We first tasted these wines at a wine dinner at The Bindery, our favorite restaurant in Denver. We met Jacapo and Mary and decided to visit the winery. We are so glad we did. The setting is amazing and the wines are fantastic. Imagine staying in an apartment that is over 600 years old. Our hosts were welcoming and informative. While there you can enjoy a wine tasting or a cooking class. Don’t forget to visit the donkeys and the goats. You can easily visit Florence, Siena and other towns.
