Beautiful , simply beautiful . What a wonderful hotel - the room , furnishings and location were superb . The staff though were a notch above - being so charming and incredibly helpful. They managed to to secure us a restaurant on Valentine’s Day- when the restaurant we had booked a month before ( Tre Cristi ) cancelled with 24hrs to go . AN ELEGANT FORMER NOBLE PALACE

My husband & I fell in love with Relais degli Angeli during our first stay in 2019.,and we have been very fortunate to return every year .This elegant former noble palace is tastefully decorated throughout with lovely furnishings and beautiful frescoed ceilings . The tranquil atmosphere is what we especially enjoy . We applaud the fantastic Team who keep everything running smoothly . Giulia, Petra , & Mikhaela are hard working , thoughtful, efficient , friendly , professional, & always very helpful. I can not praise them enough ! They are the " Angels " of Relais degli Angeli who make each guests comfort & enjoyment their # 1 priority . We know we can count on them for any advice & assistance we may need . A huge thank you to Giulia, Petra , & Mikhaela ! We hope to see Flaminia & Federica next year .We have always stayed in the Zaffiro Deluxe Room . As you enter the room , there is a large closet, a cabinet with drawers. 2 full length mirrors, & a minifridge . Off to the right is a spacious Calacotta marble bathroom with a large shower with great water pressure , Double sinks have more storage underneath with plenty of towels, slippers , and cozy robes . It does feel very luxurious . The bedroom is also large , has a very comfortable bed & we always sleep well. A gorgeous chandelier sparkles overhead . Thank you to Farah & Mirella who took excellent care of the rooms during the entire week . Everything was spotless & immaculate , & we did not need to ask for anything . My husband & I definitely look forward to breakfast ! (It is included ) Breakfast here is the most outstanding of any we have enjoyed elsewhere in Italy since 2009 . The dining room is lovely & there is a large terrace when weather permits .All the tables are set with crisp linens & china .It was wonderful to see Mary again . Mary along with Giulia, Petra, Mikhaela , & Mirella , all were attentive & made our mornings so special . Whatever coffee we preferred was made perfectly . They take a lot of care arranging a beautiful buffet that almost overflows with delicious pastries from the hotel's own bakery, fruits, cereals, meats , cheeses , mini sandwiches , yogurts, along with fluffy scrambled eggs & crispy bacon in a chafing dish on a corner table . We are never rushed , and we often linger & enjoy another cappuccino & caffe' macchiato . What a perfect way to begin each day ! We can never say thank you enough for making our entire week heavenly ! Lovely room and excellent service

The reception staff were very welcoming and made sure that all of our special dietary needs (celiac and lactose intolerant)were met at the lovely breakfast. We also have some allergies and the staff took extra care in preparing our room. The location is very central and it was easy to get to the major sites. The staff took care of our transportation needs to our next destination. We highly recommend this hotel. This is an excellent choice for a hotel in Siena. The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional. The breakfast is very good. A perfect stay in a beautiful city. Charming hotel in a great location!

What a charming, wonderful hotel! The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the city, but still quiet. The rooms are lovely, with painted walls and ceilings and our room had a huge counter with sink next to the shower plus another sink and counter in the toilet area (we stayed in the Quarz room). The guest rooms and common areas are laid out so that you feel like you are a guest in someone’s beautiful, Italian home. The delicious breakfast is served buffet style and you are able to eat on their pretty balcony. We hope to return!
