The complex has a lift and features 26 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Great resort in the quiet nature of Tuscany. Amazing space and view, wonderful swimming pool.Good breakfast with fresh products, good also the light lunch option. Room are spacious and clean.

    Magnifique villa hotel dans un paysage à couper le souffle

    This family run hotel is located in the most splendid countryside near Siena. We loved everything about it-the pool, the excellent Michelin rated restaurant, the personnel and of course the large suite overlooking the splendid landscape. We stayer just 5 nights and Will return hopefully soon.

    An unplanned but spectacularly rewarding stay!

    Due to being let down in fairly catastrophic(!) fashion by a villa through booking.com - we turned up unannounced one evening at Villa Curina Resort hoping to be put up for a night. The gentleman front of house, Giovanni, could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. He showed us various rooms that may suit us (with two small children) and, once we decided on a room, even made the sofa bed up himself for our eldest. He was a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay - offering insights into Tuscany and recommendations for a future stay - just a consummate professional and a credit to the establishment.We loved the resort so much we ended up staying for four nights. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful, the room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The views from the resort are superb - especially when enjoyed of an evening with a glass of wine! The buffet breakfast is good with plenty of choice and available from 0730 which we appreciated. The onsite restaurant (where we had dinner three of the four nights) is of an exceptional standard with beautifully presented and delicious food. The restaurant staff were highly professional and obviously run a tight ship but were also very welcoming and good-humoured with our young children. Moreover, the pool is large and the pool area/general facilities are clean and well maintained. The pool barman, whose name I unfortunately did not get, was very attentive and helpful. It was a particular treat to realise the resort also benefits from a tennis court - with rackets and balls available to borrow from reception. Overall, it was very difficult to fault Villa Curina Resort and thus we intend to schedule another stay when we next visit Tuscany.

    First time visit , excellent hotel , great helpful staff , very good breakfast every morning. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Lovely pool and pool bar. Would recommend. The restaurant on site was also excellent . It is worth noting that taxi service is difficult and expensive do to the area - taxi service is dispatched from Siena .     I stayed one night at Villa Curina Resort, together with a group of friends, 10 people. I chose this place with great confidence and with high expectations, having some prior recommendations.From the moment we arrived, the staff who welcomed us had an inappropriate attitude. We asked them to serve us a glass of water, as it was very hot outside, and we were told that we have water in the rooms, for a fee.The place as a whole is very beautiful, well maintained, with a great view.The rooms are nicely decorated but not up to our expectations.The big disappointment was the dinner, where our expectations were really high. But the rule of the house is to order at least 2 dishes for each person.I very politely asked the restaurant staff if it is possible to make an exception to this rule, but I received an answer from the head of the restaurant (because the restaurant staff did not understand our request very well). We encountered a categorical refusal from the restaurant manager, a couple from the group explained to him that they did not want to eat 4 courses at dinner, and that if possible they would share only 2 courses. The refusal came even more aggressively, that they can go to the room if they don't order 2 dishes each.With wine an even more interesting story, he recommended us to take a 1.5 liter wine, and when we asked if we didn't like his recommendation, we could refuse this wine and try something else, he told us that we had to pay it.The conclusion was to get up from the table and go to the nearest town to have dinner at another restaurant, a decision that was very appropriate.
