    Nice place to stay at and eat

    Very nice hotel, the rooms were good and cozy, the beds were nice, the bathroom was huge. The menu's here for dinner were really good and delicious, the breakfast was rich and had so much choice. Dinner was always a 5 course dinner menu (I included pictures), for example: we had a pumpking mouse appetizer with peccorino cheese sauce, chick pea soup, then there was always pasta (at this point I always struggled to eat, because I'm not used to so much food, I saved up myself for the main dish), this pasta was spaghetti with garlic and bread crumbs, the main course was nice tender meat with green beans, and for dessert a cheese cake with berries, it was a huge amount of food, but so tasty and delicious, self serve salad stand is also there. We were satisfied with the service. The staff was nice and professional.the only downside was brown water coming out of water faucets 20 min, there was a lot of air inside the water pipes when I showered, ...     We went to Chianchiano Terme, because our son went to Camp, that were just in front of the hotel.What I appreciate the most, is the quality of the attention, and how the staff treat us, in general.. We had so many questions and they always found a way to help us, and the staff from breakfast.... so nice!The rooms are huge, in our case we had one with a full terrace and it was so good to spend some time there with a glass of wine. The spa is very nice and location is very good too, we were just walking around.     We went on a family vacation in Tuscany while visiting our son, daughter-in-law, grandson, and two dogs in Stutgaart, Germany. The Villa Ricci staff couldn't have been more accomading forour crew. We had a great breakfast cooked to order each morning and thenn went on day trips in Tuscany.We dined in the Villa several evenings and also had dinner at several vinyards and other restaurants. The meals at the Villa were excellent, although the menu was limited.We were a bit apprehensive about the dogs, both well behaved, were not a ploblem i most places, weth churches being the lone exception for us,The Villa staff was also helpful in our touring with suggestions about routes, parking, and the availability of shuttles.     What an amasing experience!

    We've spent a week here and it was just great. We've booked a room with balcony and we've got a splendid view of the valley and Chianciano old town. A lot of greenery to rest your eyes. There is a lot of parking places around the hotel, this town is an excellent base for trips around Southern Tuscany. We also made a trip from Chiusi to Siena by a regional train (that means slowly and relaxed hour and a half journey). Teresa and other ladies at the reception desk speak good English and you won't miss good advices where to go by car.We took the half board and it was superb! So good and diverse home made food, fine menus for dinner, bravo, chef! And when you add the most kind and friendly service at the restaurant we've ever got so far - you have all you can wish for your vacation. Angela, Marco, Fabio and others - grazie mille!And then the hidden gem - the pool and spa area La Mano Madre. It was so good when we came back from our trip and went to quiet oasis of warm water, colours and zen music with bird singing.We have a long drive from home to this hotel - but it is worth. If you love Tuscany like we do, come and see it for yourself.     Very good hotel

    This is the third time that I stay in this hotel. I went there for the epiphany and as usual everything was above expectations.We took the half board since food and meals are very good and it worths.At breakfast they give a good variety of home made cakes and everything you might need, juices, eggs, ham, fruit, etc.The staff is very kind and the rooms are very clean. You can enjoy of the warm swimming pool which is very relaxing. They allowed us to use even the day of departure. I recommend it for a short break from the town as it is a very good hotel to stay if you want to have trip in the surrounding.
