    Reconsider.

I’m giving Hotel Del Corso 2 stars. The hotel itself was decent, and Imma was especially kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. She really made a positive impression.Unfortunately, my experience with two of the older male front desk workers was very uncomfortable. They were rude, snippy, and gave off an unwelcoming attitude that made young women feel uneasy. Customer service and professionalism should be consistent across the staff, so this really affected the overall experience. There was also no hot water half the time. Really wish my experience was better in this beautiful place but unfortunately it was not. The passive aggressive comments were uncalled for. Even though this is a family owned hotel they should re consider some workers.

Wonderful Hotel and an Overlooked Gem....................

    rating13 May 2026

My personal Review.......=======================If u want the perfect mix of modern comfort and legit Italian hospitality, Hotel del Corso* is a total standout. It's hidden on the 2nd floor of a building on Via S. Cesareo. This boutique hotel feels like a secret spot right in the midle of everything. The Vibes & Rooms***************************The place is family-owned and it totally shows. From the sec we got there, the staff was crazy nice and super professional. The room was immaculately clean. It had all the modern stuff u need for a high-end stay but still had that cozy boutique charm. One of the best parts was the terrace. It looks right over the busy street. Such a cool spot to chill and vibe with the local energy from our own private view. Breakfast Time*********************Breakfast was a classic European spread with tons of options. They had:1 - Fresh fruit and good meats.2 - A killer selection of pastries and breads.3 - Awesome coffee with both American and traditional European brews.Note: Like most European breakfasts, there ain't no eggs here, but the other food totally makes up for it! Location & Price***************************You literalhy couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s like 400 feet from the main square of the Old City. Super easy to hit up Sorrento’s best shops and sights. For this prime location and top-tier service, the price was pretty cheap—huge value for the area.Pro-Tip for Getting There ---- Do not try to walk to the hotel from the ferry!!** It looks close on Google maps but it's a brutal uphill hike the whole way. Don't stress yourself out. Just drop the 20 Euro for a taxi. Trust me, it's so worth it to arrive fresh and ready for your trip.I am giving this hotel a -- Two thumbs up -- from me. If u ask if I'd stay here again, the answer is 100% "yes." Will def use this hotel next time!George and Jan

Nice stay at hotel del Corso in Sorrento

    rating28 Apr 2026

This was a cosy little hotel with unique interior. The staff was really helpful and kind.... as if they were a family. The room was recently renovated and the colors were 'very interesting'It was great to have breakfast on a sunny, but unfortunately this time windy terrace. The breakfast was unfortunately really modest😥. No fresh bread, only two kinds of toast, no whole eggs or scrambled or fried eggs, only some boiled egg halves on a plate. No bacon, no whole fruits, but just slices of some fruits. A big dissappointment.

Excellent moderate hotel in centre of Sorrento.

    rating28 Mar 2026

We spent two nights at Hotel Del Corso as part of a tour. The hotel was right in the middle of the main street so convenient to restaurants, shopping and touring Sorrento. It was also surprisingly quiet given its location. The hotel was clean and the beds/sheets comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Breakfast was good. The family that runs the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating, helping whenever they were needed. Winds were too high for ferry to Capri so cane up with some alternative activities that satisfied everyone. We would feel fortunate to have the opportunity to visit again.

    Wonderful Stay

    rating29 Sept 2025

My husband and I loved this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful setting up our tours and answering our numerous questions. They even set up breakfast early to accommodate our tour start time. The owner was delightful and helpful. The breakfast was great with a larger variety. The hotel is in a great location with shops and restaurants just outside their doors but we weren’t bothered by any noise.
