    Booked directly with free cancellation until 5 days before arrival. I cancelled well within the policy but have received no confirmation despite multiple emails and call attempts. Hoping the hotel will respond.

    Florida Hotel Staff Saved Us!

    Our car got a flat tire outside the Florida Hotel and the staff came out and let us stay in the hotel until a tow country finally appeared nearly 8 hours later. We will always be grateful to the staff at the Florida Hotel in Sorrento! You guys are the best!

    They enter your room, registered on your ID and move your belongings to different room without your consent. Be careful!

    Hotel staff entered my room without notice and moved my belongings without my consent, even though the film production I was working for only asked for a simple cleaning.My things were thrown into my bag carelessly, and my 1TB SanDisk SSD with film data went missing.When I tried to resolve it, staff became arrogant and dismissive, saying they didn’t care about bad reviews. (Miguele, hotel manager)Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior — I don’t recommend this hotel.

    Hotel Florida as absolutely amazing. Rooms were very clean and modern. The restaurant was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again.

    Hotel is nice. Room was clean. Bathroom was old-fashioned but totally fine.Pool area is lovely.Food and drinks at pool bar are really nice. We didn't expect much from a hotel bar but WOW the pizza, pasta and bruschetta were some of the nicest we had in all of Sorrento!The breakfast is basic, very little choice but the coffees and cakes were lovely.The hotel is quite far out, maybe a 25 mins walk into the town centre. The first 5 mins are not on the pavement but as you get closer to the centre the roads / pavements are fine. It's a pleasant walk if you are fit, there is lots of photo opportunities on the way!The taxis are really expensive, to go from the town centre to the hotel is €20 and it's only a few minute journey.Hotel is family run which is nice.If we are lucky enough to return to Sorrento we would stay here again. The value for money compared to the big expensive hotels closer to town is definitely worth being further out.Lovely place!
